  Great experience! I would definitely stay here again on our next trip to London.

  满意之处: I loved the luggage storage service! It was amazing to be able to leave my bags, go out and explore, then come back to check in. You can also leave your bags after check-out if you still have time before heading home. The location was perfect, close to two metro stations, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The area was clean, and I felt safe. The room was a little small, but perfect if you just need somewhere to sleep. It was well-equipped, and the toilet was clean.

  待改善: Nothing particularly bad, just a little confusing. They have a policy where you need to let them know if you want your room cleaned, which I actually like because I prefer to know before anyone enters my room. However, when I came back after a day out, I found that the room had been cleaned, which was great, but I hadn't requested it, so I was a little confused.

  待改善: Es stinkt in den Gängen wie in einem Obdachlosenheim! Das Badezimmer war komplett schmutzig . Unter dem WC Deckel 1 cm Hoch Schmutz! Die Betten sind alt und man liegt direkt auf den Federkernen! Bitte die Fingern Weg von diesem Hotel ! Das Personal ist uns zum Glück entgegenkommen und wir konnten wieder auschecken!

  Great location, but disappointing room conditions, poor maintenance and an overall experience that fell far below our ex

  满意之处: The biggest advantage of this hotel is definitely its location. It is situated in a lovely area, close to the underground and within walking distance of several trendy places, restaurants and shops. The neighbourhood is also nice and quiet, which we really appreciated.

  待改善: Unfortunately, our initial room was a huge disappointment. We were two friends sharing a room, and it was extremely small, with barely enough space for our luggage. The bathroom was particularly concerning. There was visible black mould and water damage around the bottom of the door frame, as well as mould spores in several other places, including the bathroom door and ceiling. The overall condition of the bathroom was unhygienic and quite unpleasant. The air quality in the room was also very poor. The ventilation seemed almost non-existent, and after both of us had showered, the room became so hot and stuffy that we had to leave just to get some fresh air. Overall, the bedroom looked rather worn and grey compared to the pictures advertised online. We reported these issues to reception on our first day. The staff member immediately told us to come back the following day, as we would be given another room. This made us wonder whether the hotel was already aware of the condition of the room. Fortunately, we were moved to a different room on the fourth floor the next day. This room was somewhat larger and had a window that could actually be opened, allowing fresh air into the room. The flooring was also in better condition, and the bathroom was an improvement compared to the first room. However, the new room still had several issues. Although there was no visible mould, there were signs of water damage and significant limescale build-up on the taps and shower head. The shower itself was very inconvenient, as the shower head was fixed and could not be detached or held in your hand. The bedroom was also poorly arranged. There were no conveniently located power sockets near the beds, and one of the beds was pushed against a wall with a radiator, making it impossible to position the bed properly. Another major issue was the extremely poor sound insulation. We could hear almost everything happening in neighbouring rooms, as well as people walking past our door.

  An unbeatable value-for-money option in London that is clean, well-located, and great for solo travelers.

  满意之处: The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The location is fantastic, and having air conditioning was a really nice touch that made the room comfortable. Above all, the place was very clean, and it offers amazing value for money for London.

  待改善: The walls look a bit lived-in and could definitely use a fresh coat of paint, though it’s far from a bad place.

  满意之处: Die Lage um den Preis war super und hat über die spartanische Ausstattung und den sehr limitierten Platz (kein Platz um geöffneten Trollys stehen zu lassen, winzige Ablagefläche in Bad und Zimmer) hinweggetröstet.

  待改善: Das Zimmer war - trotz kaltem Heizkörper - viel zu heiß (27 Grad). Wir ließen das Fenster (den möglichen Spalt) tagsüber und auch nachts geöffnet, so war es auszuhalten. Bis auf die Zeit ab 5:45, als die Beluftungsanlage vor dem Fenster zu brummen begann und wir das Fenster schließen mussten, da es zu laut war.

Le café de l’espace petit-déjeuner est mauvais, le café lyophilisé était meilleur…

X risolvere avevamo chiesto il cambio materasso ci hanno messo invece solo un topper. Camera sporca... Il bagno nn pulito potrei dire mai nel nostro soggiorno e il divano letto nn veniva mai rifatto. Colazione semplice. Preciso che l hotel è un 4 stelle. Nn torneremo di certo!!!!!

  满意之处: Für Londoner Verhältnisse ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Nicht mega modern, aber alles in ordentlichem Zustand. Pluspunkt fürs sehr freundliche Personal!

  Very good.

  满意之处: Great location, very clean room and staff very polite and helpfull. Breakfast well organised and good choice of food. For one or two nights the place is adequated.

  满意之处: O hotel é bem localizado. Não está em Westminster, mas está bem próximo ao agradável bairro de Notting Hill. A estação de metrô Bayswater (linha circular) fica a 250m e a Notting Hill Gate (Linha central e circular) a 400 m. O quarto é bem climatizado e silencioso. Limpo. O café da manhã é bastante suficiente. O Hotel fica perto da Paddington Station, então fui do eroporto até lá de ônibus, e de lá peguei um UBER. Cheguei rápido e não ficou caro.

  待改善: O espaço para o café da manhã é pequeno e como o hotel está sempre cheio, se vc espera para tomar o seu café após às 8:00 am pode ser desconfortável ou ter que esprar em uma fila para entrar no refeitório. Não tem garagem.

  满意之处: Fint med kaffe, te och vatten. Rummet, några våningar gav gott ljusinsläpp från stort fönster. Bra sängar. Kunde lämna bagaget efter utcheckning gör att hämta senare.

  待改善: Hittade skräp från föreg gäst, på fönsterbrädan och på golvet.. Saknade enkel upphängning för ytterplagg. Krångligt att hänga in i garderoben. Hotellet måste uppgradera med fler laddningsmöjligheter. Till internationell standard. Saknade toalettborste. Lite trångt i rummet med två separata sängar.

  满意之处: Wir haben hier einen dreitägigen Londontrip verbracht. Das Hotel ist sehr ansprechend und liegt günstig ca. 8 min von der nächsten U-Bahn Station entfernt. Der Preis ist angemessen und es gibt gutes englisches Frühstück. Es ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt zum Erkunden der Sehenswürdigkeiten von London.

  待改善: Für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre das Frühstück etwas eintönig.

  Very good value for money but even better location.

  满意之处: The best location you can wish for in London. This is not a luxury hotel but is a gem to stay for few days to enjoy the city. Fully worth the price for me. I will visit again.

  待改善: I think when it comes to London prices, people expect the details to be perfect. The marks on the walls should be dealt with eventually but as far as the room is properly clean everything else is just details.

  满意之处: Boa localização. Embora não seja muito central, o acesso ao centro de Londres é muito fácil pela rede de transportes públicos.

  待改善: O tamanho do quarto chega a ser ridículo quando duas pessoas tenham que se cruzar uma com a outra. O pequeno almoço é pouco variado. A escolha de ingredientes é mínima tendo em conta que se trata de um hotel de 4 estrelas. Não existe um espaço de convívio onde se possa tomar um copo e conversar. Basicamente, o espaço onde isto é possível é no espaço onde é servido o pequeno almoço onde, à noite, nem sequer ligam a televisão.

  Average hotel for overnight only.

  满意之处: Location was only good thing there. Breakfast was quite poor, but ok for few days. Coffee was good and I might be quite critical.

  待改善: Rooms smell- awfull. Even not used clothes after arrival home have to be rewashed as they smell after few days at that room. Bed was not very comfortable - especially doubble one- where you wake up each time when another sides sleeper is turning around. Shower was very outdated- phito added. It could be discussed abt, how well rooms were cleaned. But the worst was location of room - prior arrival I have reached hotel asking not to allocate us on low floor. The view out of the window was awful- no view at all- see photo. If you have family room traveling with a kid, you expect a bit more better expierience to give at least for kid, who is visiting London for first time. I understand - London is not cheap, but this hotel was not the cheapest option as well and if the rating is 4* then I expect something more than average 3* hotel. When I had to choose, what to book in booking- in the same neighborhood - there were several options for me and one of the selection reasons for Bayswater was - hotel being 4*- hoping it would be a bit better and with higher standards than other, but this is definately not a 4* hotel, therefore my rating is appropriate - how meets my expectations vs reality. Breakfast- they have to think, how to manage flow of guests- there is not enogh space and guests are awaiting in a line prior getting seated, while personnel in a very relaxed way looking around not seeing tables those just need to be cleaned until Manager not shows them to do that. Lack of glasses for water or juice- you have to drink from paper cups- despite posters stating - meaningful thinking about sustainability. Breakfast selection - I was suprised that for sandwich option - only cheese available- no ham or sausage option. For all above - were not spending any minutes more than needed in hotel- came each day very, very late- falling asleep and leaving as earky as possible- than all was good as reaching main places from there is very convinient.

  In generale il soggiorno è andato bene e l uncio difetto era la pulizia dei letti, anche se e un difetto per sorpassabi

  满意之处: La posizione era imbattibile , il quartiere molto tranquillo e residenziale ben collegato con tutta Londra. Diverse zone sono raggiungibili a piedi senza problemi. La camera era abbastanza comoda, la doccia grande e il bagno pulito.

  待改善: La pulizia lasciava a desiderare, nei letti c erano spesso capelli e peli anche dopo la pulizia giornaliera della camera, il motivo mi è sconosciuto. In generale il letto non dava molto senso di pulizia , le coperte erano impolverate e trattenevano appunto peli di ogni genere. L hotel non è molto economico e da un hotel da questo prezzo mi aspetto almeno pulizia .

  Sencillo y básico pero suficiente

  满意之处: La ubicación es genial, cerca de varias paradas de metro, del Hyde Park y de Notting Hill. Si os gusta caminar, se puede llegar a varios lugares turísticos. La zona es muy tranquila y agradable. Hay restaurantes y supermercados cerca.

  待改善: El desayuno podría tener más variedad y calidad. De dulces solo había cruasanes y mini napolitanas bastante insípidas, se agradecería que hubiera alguna crema de chocolate. Nuestra habitación doble era mínima, tenía que pasar de lado para acostarme por la poca distancia entre la cama y la pared.

  满意之处: Zimmer war sauber und ok eingerichtet, aber Fernseher funktionierte nicht. U-Bahnstation Bayswater ist schnell zu erreichen. Um die U-Bahnstation hat es viele Restaurants, Fast Food Ketten und Pubs.
