Really great customer service. We had some changes in our arrival schedule, but the reception team was super helpful and made sure our rooms were ready and waiting for us when we got there. The place is very clean and the location is super convenient. Definitely a smooth and pleasant stay.

Nothing to complain about, everything was good.

  Estancia agradable

La ubicación alejada del centro

A reggelinél jó választék.

A bár lehetne hosszabban is nyitva.

  Expensive and basic amenities.

Quiet neighbourhood, nice restaurants and bakery’s nearby. The staff was very polite and available.

Is too expensive for what is offered. Would be nice if they had some sort of disposable cover for the remote control, because it wasn’t the cleanest. No slippers were offered, no coffee, no kettle… for the price you pay you kinda expect some sort of treat. I don’t have a proper critic to make, it’s just the fact that is overpriced for what was offered.

  Absolute Empfehlung!

满意之处: Ruhige Lage nähe der Rambla del Poblenou. Moderne, saubere Zimmer. Sehr bequeme Betten.

We spent two nights at Acta Voraport and were very happy with our stay. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable, and the bed was especially cozy. The location is excellent! The beach is just a 10-minute walk away, several bus stops are only 2–3 minutes away, and there's also a metro station nearby. There are plenty of cafés, restaurants and shops in the area. The rooftop terrace offers beautiful views, and there's also a swimming pool, although we didn't use it. Breakfast was generous and varied, with plenty of options to choose from. Unfortunately, early check-in wasn't possible, but the hotel provides very convenient, code-operated luggage lockers. This meant we didn't have to carry our bags around the city, and we could use the lockers again on our departure day.

The room amenities could be better. It would have been nice to have a kettle, some coffee and tea, tissues, and perhaps a few basic utensils in the room. Also, although the hotel has four elevators, we often had to wait quite a while for one to arrive.

Összességében nagyon szerettük a hotelt, visszatérünk még.

A hotel lokációja kiváló.

Hosszabb tartózkodás esetén a reggeli választéka hamar unalmassá válhat.

this hotel made our short family reunion so much more enjoyable.

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of dishes. The location was close to the Es Poblenou Rambla and a great selection of restaurants and shops as well as the hop on hop off bus route. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Wasn't knocked out by the dinner menu. Service was great but the standard of food was "hotel" restaurant grade. However, we were tired and nothing was bad, just wished it was better. However, the wine was super.

  Prima stadshotel

满意之处: Ondanks de drukte verloopt het ontbijt geweldig!

  Great rooftop and view

A piscina no rooftop incrível.
