  满意之处: Einzelzimmer Superior - sauberes, gemütliches und sehr stilvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer. Fenster und Balkon - zum Hof. Gutes Frühstück und sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße etwa 700 m von Bahnhof (auch U-Bahn-Station)Termini entfernt. U-Bahn-Station Castro Pretorio ca. 250 m entfernt. In der Nähe: Supermarket, mehrere verschiedene Restaurants und Pizzerias. (Für alle Fälle - auch die deutsche Botschaft in ca. 250 m Entfernung). Mit einer CIS-Wochenkarte für Bus und Bahn, für 29€ konnte ich in 7 Tagen, in Ruhe Rom erkunden. Ich kann das Hotel empfehlen.

  满意之处: Per me resta il mio hotel preferito: è comodissimo dalla stazione Termini, e quindi da via Gaeta, dove lavoro. Lo staff è il più gentile che conosca, e viaggio moltissimo per lavoro. Le camere sono perfette: spaziose, equilibrate, silenziose, con un letto comodo. La colazione ha tutto. Bravi, e complimenti a chi lo dirige, che di sicuro ha impostato tutto sulla gentilezza verso il cliente, una qualità ormai rara.

  满意之处: Excellent location, within a reasonable distance of the city centre and the Vatican, whether you prefer taking the metro or walking. There are plenty of local restaurants and cafés, as well as convenience stores and grocery shops nearby. One of the biggest advantages is the helpful staff, who are willing to assist even with requests that fall outside their usual responsibilities.

  Bom custo benefício próximo à Estação Roma Termine

  满意之处: Quarto excelente com um bom tamanho, cama de boa, roupa de cama limpa, armários e mesas distribuídos pelo quarto. Banheiro limpo com chuveiro forte. Café da manhã bom para os padrões europeus cobrado por dia, 9 euros por pessoa (pra quem come um pouco mais e quer mais comodidade compensa bastantes). O hotel fica situado à aproximadamente uns 4 quarteirões da estação de trem roma termine (que tem um shopping em baixo) e a menos de 100 metros de um super 24h, de uma farmácia e da estação Castro Pretório da linha azul (o coliseu fica apenas 3 estações depois). Isso facilita tanto pra quem quer pegar o trem para outras cidades da Italia quanto para quem quer conhecer o centro histórico caminhando menos. Dá pra ir para os principais pontos turísticos de metrô (pagamento pelo cartão por aproximação. O valor é de 1,5 euros por trecho). O metrô é bem fácil de andar com a ajuda do Google Maps. A linha vermelha vai para os outros pontos turísticos e baldeia na estação roma termine. Por fim, vale mencionar a atenção dos funcionários e os pequenos gestos do hotel que representam um diferencial. A título de exemplo, assim que chegamos, após o check in, a recepção liga para saber se está tudo bem. No quarto existem chinelos pra usar pós banho. E quando fomos sair em um dia um pouco chuvoso, nos deram capas de chuva e iam nos dar até. Guarda-chuva caso nãos os tivéssemos.

  待改善: O elevador é antigo e pequeno, o local do café é um pouco apertado para o horário do rush e não gostei dos sucos do café (todos meio artificiais), mas nada que desabone o hotel como um todo.

  Uitstekend hotel voor een prima prijs.

  满意之处: Mijn kamer was 30 meter naast de hoofdingang. Je krijgt 1 pasje waarmee je de voordeur, de deur op de verdieping en je kamer kan openen. Super efficiënt. De kamer was top. Alles was schoon, heel en werkend! Oude elementen en dat ik vind ik leuk.

  待改善: Het ontbijt was niet helemaal mijn smaak maar was wel uitgebreid.

  满意之处: Wir waren 4 Nächte mit unseren Kindern dort und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Da Rom in dieser Zeit von einer Hitzewelle heimgesucht wurde, haben wir die Klimaanlage sehr zu schätzen gewusst. Unsere Zimmer lagen nah beieinander, es gab glutenfreies Brot zum Frühstück (auf vorherige Anfrage) und abends war es sehr schön, auf der Dachterrasse zu sitzen. Auch die Lage war hervorragend. Zu Fuß oder mit der U-Bahn kam man schnell ans Ziel. In der Nähe befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt (ebenfalls mit glutenfreien Produkten).

  Well-located hotel, pleasant staff, nice spacious rooms but breakfast area is limited

  满意之处: The hotel is well-located within a 7 minute walk of Termini, so very convenient for travellers arriving from the airport. The reception staff were fabulous, even noticing when I checked in that it was my wife's birthday and calling the room! Our room (107) was very spacious with great floor tiles, adequate storage and good WiFi. The bathroom was acceptable and water pressure excellent.

  待改善: The only disappointment was the crowded breakfast area. This is a 6 storey hotel so presumably has 60+ rooms. The breakfast area on the first floor is tiny and comprises 3 rooms with narrow connecting corridors. All the food is concentrated in one room. Depending on the time of day (8 am is the worst), there are throngs of people bumping into one another with food. The space and format is really inadequate for the volume of guests. One option would be to skip breakfast in the hotel and find one of many nearby bars which offer genuine coffee and nice pastries.

  Clean, comfortable and good stay.

  待改善: A bit far out from main attractions and meant a long walk or using the metro. It is very close to Termini station which is useful for this.

  Convenient but disappointing

  Hotelitol cómodo en ubicación conveniente.

  满意之处: La cama que me dieron era doble, aunque había reservado una individual. Súper cómoda. La zona tranquila, cerca de Termini y algo más alejada de los focos turísticos. Aún así, alcanzables a pie.

  满意之处: Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer tolle Ausstattung sehr sauber super kleines Frühstück. Nettes Personal nicht weit vom Bahnhof entfernt auch unten um die Ecke gleich eine kleine Pizzeria, wo es sogar glutenfreie Pizza gab alles perfekt Sehr aufmerksames Personal. Wir hatten unsere Pässe im Safe vergessen und wurden gleich angerufen. Auch dafür noch einmal vielen Dank

  Roadtrip and Business

  满意之处: The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of Roma Termini Station. There were also several good-quality restaurants nearby where you could enjoy dinner. The hotel was very clean, and breakfast offered a good variety of options. The staff, especially Christine, were very knowledgeable and helpful.

  待改善: On the downside, the rooms were not particularly spacious considering the price. Whenever I opened the rear-facing windows for ventilation, an unpleasant smell from outside filled the room, so I had to keep the air conditioning running constantly. The elevator had an authentic, old-fashioned charm, but it was very slow. As a result, guests staying on the upper floors often had to use the stairs.

  Chętnie wracam do Rzymu i szukam hotelu, który byłby na dłużej moją bazą noclegową w dobrej cenie.

  满意之处: Przestronny pokój. Dobra cicha klimatyzacja (na ustawieniu 1 bo powyżej słychać szum). Byliśmy w trakcie upałów więc niezbędne wyposażenie pokoju.

  待改善: Wychodziłyśmy wcześnie - wracaliśmy późno więc nie zwróciłem na mankamenty.
