  满意之处: I had a wonderful stay! Everything was great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Atif at the reception for his warm welcome and excellent service. He made my stay even more pleasant. I really appreciate the hospitality and would definitely recommend this hotel!

  满意之处: The hotel is conveniently located, just about a 7-minute walk from the metro station, making it easy to explore Dubai. There is also a good supermarket nearby, along with a few nice restaurants within walking distance, which was very convenient for lunch and dinner. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the hotel itself was generally very clean. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

  待改善: The breakfast was quite basic and repetitive, with very limited variety. Almost the same options were served every day, and there was nothing particularly special or appealing. The breakfast could definitely be improved by offering more variety and better choices.

  I'll not use a Holiday Inn Express again. Strictly made for business traveler w/ small expense acct

  满意之处: Breakfast was mediocar at best. No omlete,eggs were dry, no decent meat choices, basically not worth waking up for.

  待改善: On a vacation to Dubai, I expected EVERY Hotel to have some kind of swimming option, outdoor or indoor pool. Arrangements for shuttle, chairs, umbrella and towel at nearby beach... at the very least an arrangement with a local public swimming pool. It made basic vaction expectations tedious, and expensive.

  Amazing stay, totally recommend to anyone traveling to Dubai!

  Good stay for a good value

  满意之处: It was very close to my conference location with easy access to everything

  待改善: I requested a late check-out they accepted to do it at 2 pm. But on the day of leaving they kept on calling from 12.20 till 1.30 knowing that i have placed on the door please don’t disturb. I couldn’t sleep well to rest since i had a long flight and did my check-out at 1.40 just to get peace

  DISASTER EXPERIENCE- RIP OFF- DO NOT STAY HERE

  满意之处: I have known this hotel for quite a long time as I used to stay there earlier. This year in June and July I stayed for approx. 10 days. The hotel has no pool.Twice it has happened that the resuable bottles were empty and I had to go down to inform them still 1 of the bottle was empty which was the body lotion. I mean are you that lazy that when you check in a new guest you don't check the amenities. The hotel was under renovation. The rates were 230-300 aed a night. The hotel was charging including breakfast there was no option to just pay for the room and not the breakfast. The breakfast was same every consecutive day and was terrible. Even the guests staying there told me the same. On the 27th June I had a breakfast at 6.30am and I found small pieces of plastic particles in my mix veg gravy. Upon the confrontation the next day, the Egyptian lady called me a liar and told me that I must have mixed them with my food. I was shocked as she was not even there at the duty to complain and no one at the reception. The same day I checked out and was waiting for my cash change . I left and I decided to come back I came in the morning and I was asked to wait as the rooms were not free I waited and was working on my laptop and i fell asleep which is normal for a checking guest to wait. The lady pulled up the topic when I told her about the plastic particles in my breakfast. The entire staff was very relaxed and did not care about it I also showed them photos and real plastic particles I had kept it with me. I then reported the incident to the municipality. On the other end, the rooms are ugly and the news ones are decent. They even had drilling and construction with noises during the weekends in the morning. The corridors had paint smell and wooden carpets with wire all over. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. ITS AN IHG BUT HAS GOT NO IHG IMAGE. I HAVE TOLD MY FRIENDS AND EVERYONE AND THEY WERE SHOCKED. ALSO, IT DEPENDS WHO IS RUNNING THE HOTEL.

  待改善: Around 8 ot 9 in the night we requested 2 large water bottles and had to call 3 times to get the water and finally we got the water after 40 minutes and it was 2 small water bottles. Also me and my wife was up since 2 to 3 in the night as there was a really loud music noise coming from outside that kept us up all night.
