  Nice staff, nice that breakfast was available until 11am and really memorably yummy.

  满意之处: Interesting decor, central., quiet , great breakfast with fresh squeezed orange juice and yummy crepes and jams! Close to the wonderful Musee Cluny which we highly recommend!

  kom er graag nog een keer, maar dan wel met wat mooier uitzicht ;-)

  待改善: Bilden dom skickades av hotellrummet stämde inte med det vi fick. Hissen var extremt liten. Och varför ingick inte frukosten som var väldigt dyr.

  满意之处: Perfect location and a wonderful hotel. Super friendly people and great breakfast til 11 am. Checkout is only at 12.00 and they are very helpful to keep your luggage. Also very quiet.

  Quite disappointed from a 4-star hotel in Paris

  满意之处: The location is good, easy to reach via metro and bus. Good starting point for walking tours to see the city. A big variety of restaurants in that area of Paris.

  待改善: The room was extremely small for two people. Same for the bathroom. Gives me the impression that when booked via Booking you tend to get the worst room. Window to the inner noisy courtyard. Standard price for this room is more than 2000 EURO for three nights - not worth the price at all.

  Lovely location but smelly room. Pet Friendly.

  满意之处: The location was very good - near the Luxembourg Gardens, steps from the Cluny Museum, short walk to Notre Dame. The set up for my dog was excellent and staff was friendly.

  待改善: The bathroom and room smelled awful and the air conditioner dripped on me whenever I sat on the toilet.

  Wundervolle Tage in einem Hotel voller Charme und Lokalkolorit.

  满意之处: Fantastisches Hotel in wunderbare Lage. Das Hotel besticht unter anderem durch seine Einrichtung: Gott sei Dank keine marmorgetäfelte Eingangshalle, der Frühstücksraum, wie man sich ein französisches Bistro vorstellt, der Lift zum Altbau ein Erlebnis, das Zimmer (351) klein und kuschelig. Hoffentlich kommt nie jemand auf die Idee, dass Ambiente zu modernisieren.

  Decent stay in Paris

  满意之处: Room with an eiffel tower view on 5th floor Nice staff Good breakfast and a nice selection of teas Amazing location, walking distance from everything you need (best thing about the hotel tbh) Great cardio on the stairs from breakfast room to 5th floor :)

  待改善: Outdated smelly furniture, some call it vintage some call it charming. I call it old. Bathroom in need of an urgent renovation, bathtub instead of shower Would expect more choices of eggs at brekkie such as fried eggs and omlettes The smallest elevator in the world, avoided it after first try ( but im claustrophobic ) Too expensive for the amenities offered

  待改善: The room and elevator were extremely small. There was mold in our refrigerator that we had to ask the staff to clean. Walls are thin so I could hear every sound in the rooms around us.

  满意之处: Дуже гарний затишний отель. Вигідне розташування, до всіх видатних місць дістатися просто та швидко. Гарний номер. Велике ліжко, я попросила ще одну ковдру, одразу принесли. Приємно здивували маленькі подаруночки ( горішки, печиво, спрей на травах для гарного сну.).В номері є праска та дошка. Смачні сніданки. Асортимент не великий, але якісний, смачний. Було дуже комфортно та затишно.

  待改善: Маленький санвузол. Нема біде. Лосьон для тіла закінчився і його не поповнили. Килим не достатньо чистий. Але в цілому все було супер!

  A perfect place to stay in Paris, spacious & clean rooms and helpful staff

  满意之处: This hotel is in a great location, and a safe area, quiet at night, walking distance to all the main attractions. Room was very clean and spacious, staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and generous. There are lots of restaurants on the doorstep for lunch and dinner meals. We highly recommend this boutique hotel for it's location, historic charm, and friendly staff. There is an elevator and also stairs.

  待改善: The interior design of the room could be updated, the wallpaper is a little tired, but we are glad the hotel maintains its charm and history. The bed pillows could be better quality, or maybe offer a pillow menu, which includes option of feather pillows for those that prefer a softer pillow

  Only for the fact we were out all day otherwise it was a depressing place to stay unfortunately

  满意之处: Super Lage, sehr freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, die Betten bequem. Das Hotel hat im Innern einen tollen Charme.

  待改善: Die Bilder im Internet erzeugen einen falschen Eindruck vom Zustand und der Grösse der Zimmer. Auf den Bildern wirken die Zimmer viel moderner und größer als sie in Wahrheit sind. Unser erstes Zimmer war sehr klein, muffig, mit Fenster zum Innenhof. Schlafen mit offenem Fenster war wegen der Lüftung im Innenhof nur bedingt möglich. Toll war, dass die Mitarbeitenden der Reception unserem Wunsch, das Zimmer zu wechseln, sofort entsprochen und uns zwei Alternativen angeboten haben. Das neu angebotene Zimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Vielen Dank.

  Fabulous hotel!

  满意之处: Location is excellent! It is a few steps away from Luxembourg gardens which is a gem! Sorbonne, Notre Dame, Rue Mouffetard Market, Shakespeare Book store are all within walking distance. You can even walk to Eiffel tower and Louvre if you are a good walker. Only place you will need transportation is Montmarte neighborhood. I will recommend Uber to go there. The staff is caring and try their best to help you. I sincerely appreciate Chieb's kindness and professional attitude. There are wonderful restaurants and bakeries around the hotel. Le Prince Racine restaurant has delicious fresh carrot/ginger juice and warm croissant that I loved in the morning. Room is not huge, but not too small either. Bathroom is so functional and efficient. They bring you fresh water and 2 cans of soda everyday. There is also afternoon tea/coffee time with a cake in the lobby. Most of the guests are middle age or older which keeps it quiet during night time:) Breakfast is very good. They serve all kinds of breakfast food. Elevator is historic and must see! The view from my room was priceless. I watched Eiffel Tower with shimmering lights every night!

  待改善: Interestingly, the housekeeping took away my pijamas when she changed the sheets. However, they found it for me next day. The bathtub is a little bit deep which can make getting in difficult if you have knee or hip issues.

  待改善: The brochure in the room said that I could do laundry if I dropped it off before 9 AM and have same-day delivery back, but when I wanted to bring it up, they pointed out that that had changed and therefore was unable to do my laundry. This was disappointing because I had a weeks worth of laundry I had to do before going to the south of France. Also room service was not 24/7 as they advertised in the brochure

  Fabulous Hotel in my favourite Arrondissement with a view of the Eiffel Tower

  满意之处: A fabulous hotel in my favourite Arrondissement. I loved the vintage aesthetic and atmosphere of the hotel and the staff were accomodating and welcoming. The concierge helped us find a room with a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower and the air conditioning saved us from the Parisian Heat in August.

  Excelente estadía, personal amable, atentos.

  满意之处: Es una instalación muy antigua, pero la conservan muy bien, todo muy bien decorado, limpio. El desayuno buffet era excelente, muy variado y muy rico ( a veces se demoraban en rellenar al acabarse las cosas, pero luego con un poco de tiempo las reponían). El personal muy amable, siempre atentos a ayudarnos en lo que necesitáramos. Al llegar nos esperaron con regalitos, y la noche antes de irnos también! Muy preocupados de que nuestra estancia fuera espectacular.

  Perfect hotel, met vriendelijke medewerkers, lekker ontbijt en zeer goede ligging

  满意之处: Zeer mooie kamer, met prima bedden, lekker ligbad en leuke welkomstgeschenkjes. Ontbijt: al wat je wil. De medewerkers zijn professioneel en vriendelijk. De ligging van het hotel is super, in een rustige wijk en vlak bij de Jardin de Luxembourg. Ook de late check-out is altijd meegenomen.

  Sehr Lage und gutes Frühstück.Gerne wieder!

  满意之处: Tolle Lage. Freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstück mit guten Kaffeemaschinen. Die Fenster schließen den Lärm von der Straße recht gut weg. Aufmerksamkeiten zum Empfang und zur Verabschiedung.

  待改善: Es ist ein alters Haus mit Charme und es ist schon sehr hellhörig innerhalb des Hauses, selbst mit Oropax. Diese sind leider nicht in der Ausstattung enthalten.

  Nice hotel, good location

  满意之处: The room was bigger than most Paris hotel rooms I've stayed in (although still not huge) and the lift, whilst tiny, was also bigger than some I have seen. The location was great - near to quite a few metro stations and easily walkable to Notre Dame with lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

  待改善: When we arrived (at the check in time), our room wasn't ready. We had to wait about 20 mins whilst they finished cleaning. This seems to be a common occurrence as we saw people waiting in reception at 3pm every day of our stay. On the plus side, they did put on free tea, coffee and cake from 3-5pm, so the wait wasn't to bad.

  满意之处: This hotel saved me from a nightmare. The hotel I actually booked was "Hôtel Bellevue et du Chariot d'Or" I have evidence of how discuting the place was, even bedbugs.... It was so bad that I couldnt even let my 8yo son sleep in thse nasty conditions so at 3am my friend and I started searching for an alternative hotel, no one would take us, except Trianon. Beautiful location, so clean, and Eiffel Tower view... Seriously, saved my entire trip from being a nightmare. For ever grateful and would definitely repeat.

  满意之处: Extra gratis frisdrank en flesje champagne in de kamer. Locatie is super om Parijs te ontdekken. Veel variatie in ontbijt en geode kwaliteit producten.

  满意之处: V hoteli sme boli ubytovaní už predtým a kľudne by sme sa vrátili znova. Lokalita pri Luxemburských záhradách výborná, dobré spojenie ku všetkým pamiatkam, ktoré sme každý deň objavovali. Raňajky aj pre nás, bez lepku, boli chutné. Personál bol milý a ústretový. Ďakujeme a možno do skorého videnia :)

  待改善: Ho richiesto due camere. Al momento del ricevimento ci è stata chiesta una caparra di 150 euro per ogni camera. Ad oggi la caparra non è stata ancora sbloccata.
