  Good but not exceptional

  满意之处: Location was good, nice and clean, breakfast was also not too bad. Very good view from our rooms, 180 degrees view.

  待改善: The suite wasn’t super clean, the curtains and couch cushions looked like they were not washed or cleaned for a long time. Prob good if you’re not spending too much time in the rooms. They didn’t have hair dryer and I asked them twice but never received it.

  The staff was amazing, the food selection was OK, I’m a chef.

  Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich super !

  满意之处: Die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer war Mega schön. Auch die Betten waren bequem und das Bad schön groß aufgeteilt. Der Pool ist sehr schön und wirklich richtig groß. Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend.

  待改善: Die Lage könnte noch etwas besser sein, man läuft immer ca 15 Minuten bis zur nächsten BTS Station. Die Zimmer sind natürlich schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber man sieht dass alles gegeben wird, dass man noch das Beste raus holt.

  待改善: Old TV and decorder not working, broken remote, not that clean particularly the bathroom. Visible lack of maintenance for a 5 star hotel.

  If you're just looking for a place to sleep and have breakfast, this will serve

  满意之处: Good, tasty breakfasts. A nice pool. A pretty good view of the city from the balcony.

  待改善: The hotel itself is quite old and run-down. The rooms aren't cleaned well and are dirty (stains on the tables, dust). The room has a kitchen, but there isn’t a single knife, fork, or frying pan - if you’re traveling with a child and want to cook for them yourself, forget about it. The blinds on the windows don’t work. Phone chargers fall out of the outlets because they’re loose.

  Trotz kleine Mängel sind wir zufrieden und haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

  满意之处: Das Hotel ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber seinen Flair erhalten. Die Angestellten sind nett und hilfsbereit. Besonders hat uns die neue Kaffeeautomaten gefallen, welche vor 2 Jahren noch nicht geben.

  待改善: Die tägliche Obstauslage könnte abwechslungsreicher sein. Jeden Tag die gleiche Sorte bei den vielfältigen Saison ist doch langweilig . Der Zugang zu dem gebuchten Balkon zum Poolblick wurde versperrt und man müsste schriftlich unterschreiben, dass man nichts aus dem Balkon runter wirft. Wozu hat man den Balkon gebucht? Die Luft in dem kleinen Zimmer ist stickig und schweratmig, da man das Fenster nicht öffnen und kippen könnte.

  满意之处: A very pleasant stay with a spacious and well furnished apartment, a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The breakfasts were good, the pool was nice, and the Wi-Fi worked well. I also really appreciated the good food market right next to the hotel.

  待改善: the sun loungers by the pool were often occupied, and the corridor leading to the pool + pool area could use some improvement. Overall, a good stay, but some details don’t quite match the 5-star standard.

  Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay again.

  满意之处: Great location and some really helpful team members, for example, the two first aid staff were really kind and helped my son when he needed it.

  待改善: I’m sure the property was a gem in its heyday - that day has passed. We were on the 30th floor, the apartments are tired and the carpets super old. The presentation of the lobby area vs rooms are worlds apart. It wouldn’t have been so bad if the cleaning was up to scratch but it wasn’t - balconies were never opened for cleaning, rooms were dusty around the tv and table areas, toilets seemed to only get flushed…the cleaning was poor and irregular. We mentioned this to the hotel who changed our cleaners and that improved a bit. It’s sold as an apartment but you have to request a microwave and there’s no cooking facilities.

  满意之处: Ich finde die Lage vom Hotel sehr gut. Etwas „ruhigere“ Umgebung, nähe BTS Station und Essensmöglichkeiten.

  待改善: The hotel needs to be repair at some point, like the deck around the pool (dangerous for a baby), and the rooms need a little refreshment.

  待改善: Camera seppur di dimensioni generose ed ad un piano superiore, presentava poca manutenzione come segni di umidità nel cartongesso e cedimenti di esso, parti dell'arredamento scollate, mancanza di un frigo capiente (il mio amico nella sua camera lo aveva) e la difficoltà nell'aprire la porta principale della camera, rimaneva bloccata nonostante vari tentativi

  Eine Suit um diesen Preis ist vollkommen okay. Gerne wieder :-)

  满意之处: Tolles Pool und Fitnessstudio. Super Aussicht über Bangkok direkt aus dem Schlafzimmer.

  待改善: Schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Zimmerausstattung wird nicht mehr renoviert- Frühstück sehr einfach gehalten .

  Je m'attendais a mieux

  待改善: Je trouve que pour une 5 étoiles cela ne mérite pas, le plafond habime, les rideaux cassés, la fenêtre ne s'ouvrait pas, la TV ne marche pas,, moquette avec des tâches... Hôtel bombé de minde et du coup au petit déjeuner ça fait usine et le personnel ne sourient pas.

  待改善: Pas propre du tout, surtout pour un hôtel 5 étoiles . Et le comble c'est que après avoir tore le rideau de la baie vitrée de la chambres des enfants, une tonne de petit cafards est apparue. On est sorti de l'hôtel sur le champ.. c'était dégoûtant, en plus ma fille qui a une phobie des cafards, a passé la première nuit sur le lit collé à ce rideau

  满意之处: El tamaño de la habitación. Eramis 4 y era un piso con salón cocina y dos habitaciones.

  待改善: A las habitaciones les falta mantenimiento. Están un poco deterioradas para ser un 5 estrellas. En su día estaría muy bien pero actualmente necesita cuidados y renovación.
