  满意之处: Hotel is very modern and comfortable. Lovely rooftop bar and very easy for public transport into the city centre. Also beside a lovely park. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Bus transfer option for airport was great.

  满意之处: Die Aussicht im 15. Stock ( Zimmer) und die Bar und Frühstück im 17. Stock. Das hat das Hotel aufgewertet.

  待改善: Das Bad war okay, aber für 4 Sterne nicht so sauber. Das Waschbecken und die Dusche hatte Flecken, die wohl nicht mehr raus gehen. Das Früshtück war vielfältig, aber auch für 4 Sterne nicht angemessen von der Qualität. Rührei aus dem Tetrapack und die Säfte waren künstlich und nicht frisch. Die Scheiben im Zimmer waren nicht sauber und somit keinen klaren Blick.

  满意之处: Das Hotel ist sehr gut organisiert was das Ein- und Auschecken angeht. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage auch super! Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, die Dachterrasse bzw die Bar im 17 Stock sehr gut.

  待改善: Der Preis hat uns etwas schockiert, da aber ADE war war das bestimmt nur so.

  待改善: When having a shower the water always spills out onto the floor. You need rubber strips to stop water coming out on to the floor. Lifts out of order on the first night

  待改善: The room was not clean and was quite dusty. The housekeeping service was also disappointing. Additionally, the hotel is located too far from the city centre, making it inconvenient to get around. Overall, the hotel was very expensive and did not offer good value for money.

  Nice views, catastrophic booking process

  满意之处: I'll start with a few nice things. The hotel has about 17 floors and nice views over Amsterdam. The rooms are ok, some with large King size beds and a little seating area. The interior of our room felt a bit run down, however. Breakfast was nice with great views from the 17th floor. There was underground secure parking available. So all that was good. But...

  待改善: ... the booking, upgrades and communication were a complete disaster. We needed two rooms for four people. I made a booking through booking.com for two rooms for two people each. I was told that no parking could be reserved. But a few days before the journey, I was sent an email that offered room upgrades and - a parking reservation. I thought I might try - and then things went horribly wrong. One half of my reservation was lost. We upgraded one room, but only had one room left on the system. The other half of the booking was somehow lost. I tried to make sure we have the other one as well, but for days, it couldn't be found on the system. Once they found it, they upgraded that booking too, despite my asking for only one upgrade. Emails went back and forth - all this while we're already traveling. We then had confirmation of two rooms, one upgrade. Upon check-in, it turns out that the reservation hadn't been changed, contrary to what some agent had written the day before. There were two upgrades. And so on and so on. At least we got the upgrade for free in the end. But that was not worth the pain and the worries that half of our reservation had been lost. In short: Utter chaos. These guys need to get their booking system and communication sorted out.

  Für den Preis haben wir was besseres erwartet.

  满意之处: Wir fanden die Lage sehr schön, die Straßenbahn ist gleich um die Ecke und auch ein schöner Park. Man kann auch zu Fuß ins Stadtcentrum gehen. Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse ist bei schönem Wetter richtig toll. Das Personal ist super nett und hilfsbereit.

  待改善: Wir waren ein wenig vom Essensangebot enttäuscht. Beim Frühstück waren die Brötchen nicht frisch und für Veganer gab es kaum eine Auswahl an Belag, außer Marmelade. Das Zimmer war gut, nur das Bad ist renovierungsbedürftig. Das WC war defekt, das Waschbecken war nicht richtig sauber (es war anscheinend sehr alt) und beim Duschen wurde das ganze Bad nass.

  Très moyen malheureusement

  满意之处: Les équipements de l'hôtel sont plutôt pas mal., le petit déjeuner aussi

  待改善: À notre arrivée, nous avons fait le tour des 2 chambres (nous étions 5), on s'est rendu compte qu'il manquait un lit. Nous sommes descendus voir à l'accueil, on a dit que c'était un oubli .. mais vue le prix payé et le standing de l'hôtel, on accepte pas ce genre d'oubli .. On remonte en chambre attendre que le personnel vienne ouvrir le canapé lit et la surprise en voulant aller aux toilettes, elles étaient sales, avec des traces d'urines sur la cuvette , la poubelle n'avait pas été vidé et quand le personnel est venu ouvrir le canapé lit il y avait encore les draps des derniers voyageurs.. répugnant. Malgré tout ça le responsable a fini par nous croire et monter en chambre , vérifier nos dires, il nous on fait un refound de 20% et le petit déjeuner offert pour nous 5.

Herablassender, unfreundlicher 'Oberkellner' in der Bar, der die Platzierung der Gäste vornimmt Tiefgarage für tiefergelegte Fahrzeuge ungeeignet aufgrund stark abknickender Einfahrtrampe

  满意之处: Great location, convenient check in and check out system.

  待改善: The staff at the bar was not very welcoming as we tried to order some of their bakery options. There is a very convenient market in the hotel which was generally ok but some of the things were really overpriced so better buy them in advance from a store (e.g. water was 5 euro). There is a water fountain in the hotel though.

  满意之处: Отличное расположение, рядом парк, до остановок 10 минут, до ресторанов 10 минут пешком. Завтрак на 17 этаже- это вообще вау!!! Воспользовались трансфером из отеля в аэропорт , заказали онлайн, очень удобно.

  满意之处: It was close to the airport, bus and tram. Breakfast was great but we had to pay 25euro per person. Rooms we clean but very small.

  待改善: You cannot open the windows, it was quite cold too. Max heating setting was 25 and never been higher than 23 no matter what.

  满意之处: Le buffet dejeuner est très bien, beaucoup de choix et de plus au 17ieme étage avec vue sur la ville. L'emplacement facile d'accès par tram. Check-in et check-out facile.

  满意之处: Nice modern hotel Very comfy bed, loads of hot water Staff in Reception very helpful and friendly. Nice relaxing bar on 17th floor. Many choices for breakfast.

  待改善: Location in a large park. Every member of staff suggested a different direction to a tram stop All of which were quite a distance from hotel. Tried the restaurant on 17th floor. Food average. Prices high. 6 euros for a bottle of water! Breakfast issues: Poor selection of cold drinks. No orange juice. Toaster doesn't toast Some of the food was cold. Sometimes Reception were unable to call for a taxi. Taxis very overpriced. Recommend spending more on a hotel close to the centre and less on travelling.

  满意之处: The location is very convenient, the staff are very friendly and supportive. The coffee shop at the lobby and the staff are exceptional.

  待改善: Unfortunately, the rooftop was closed so we couldn't benefit from it. Despite the availability if several lifts, sometimes you have to wait specially in the morning.

  Excelente.

  满意之处: Hotel muito moderno, Check in e Check out automático via portais na recepção, solicitação de limpeza no quarto pelo app. Excelente area de convivência. Café da manhã delicioso. Bebedouro com água para encher as garrafas próprias evitar plástico.

  待改善: Box do banheiro aberto não é funcional e molha muito o banheiro.

  满意之处: Literie très confortable (matelas droit, mais c’est une question de goût ). Et la vue sur la ville. Le petit déjeuner était très complet avec des bons produits.

  待改善: Le bruit! On entend beaucoup le bruit de la route à côté. Le ménage laisse un peu à désirer …ils n’ont pas remis du papier toilette (séjour de 5 nuits) lors du passage de ménage ni changé les tasses de café que on a utilisé le 2eme jour.

  满意之处: Wir buchen immer dieses Hotel, wenn wir in Amsterdam sind, so 4-5 Mal im Jahr. Bis jetzt nichts Negatives erlebt. Die Lage ist top, die Anbindung zur Straßenbahn perfekt und man kommt ganz leicht auf die Autobahn.

  满意之处: Auswahl des Frühstücks, Größe des Zimmers, Betten, Wasserstation im Erdgeschoss, Aussicht auf Amsterdam

  待改善: Defekte Duschstange ( war nur mit 1 Schraube unten befestigt) -ziemlich wackelig und instabil, kein Saugen im Zimmer während der 3 Übernachtungen - wir hatten von der Anreise zu Fuß leider etwas Dreck an den Koffern - blieb liegen, leider auch etwas Restdreck vom Vorgänger, überforderter Frühstücksservice - am letzten Tag gab es zur unserer Zeit keine Löffel, Gabeln, Kaffeetassen und Saftgläser. Warteschlangen am Kaffeeautomat. Keine schöne Atmosphäre im Frühstücksbereich trotz der tollen Aussicht. Programmauswahl der deutschen TV Sender sehr verbesserungsfähig - die wenigen gespeicherten TV Sender waren mehr zur Hälfte nicht aufrufbar
