  满意之处: De gezelligheid! Er was altijd iemand bij de receptie en in de avonden waren er altijd een aantal gasten bij de bar. Daarnaast waren de kamers leuk ingericht en groot.

  待改善: Hier en daar had het wat schoner gemogen. Het was niet extreem vies maar soms net niet helemaal schoon of al wat verouderd.

  满意之处: Das Bett war sehr groß und bequem. Wenn man das Zimmer nicht putzen lässt bekommt man ein Getränk umsonst. Das Personal war sehr nett. Das Zimmer war sehr groß für ein Hotel in London

  待改善: Wir hatten keine funktionierenden Steckdosen und mussten nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen das Zimmer wechseln, Essen im Restaurant wurde falsch zubereitet (nicht was bestellt), immer mal wieder gingen die Zimmerkarten nicht.

  Très bon hôtel !

  满意之处: L’hôtel est idéalement situé à 5 minutes à pieds du métro. Le personnel est adorable. Le petit déjeuner propose de nombreux plats et options. Le restaurant est très bon !

  Not what it used to be

  满意之处: Location and big comfy bed

  待改善: I have stayed here more than 20 times in the last 18 months and this lovely hotel is gradually going downhill. None of tge free coffee machines work anymore, the bathrooms and falling apart with squidgy water under the floor and this time the room was filthy. This really does feel like an unloved place now.

  待改善: The bed under the sheets was smelling cigar , and the sheets had also a bad smell . the bathroom door wasn’t closing very well, and it hasn’t had a hand shower so you couldn’t protect your hair from getting wet. One of the elevators was out of service (one month now…) and because of the crowd we forced to use the stairs to 4th floor many times… very bad experience. The worst is that you’re informed for the most of these from the reviews and you still don’t care about getting better …

  Budget friendly hotel easy access to London

  满意之处: Funky clean stylish room with a great bed. Easy parking (yet no way to reserve), great location for fast access into london and a nice simple bar/lounge area. Fab friendly staff who actually smile!

  满意之处: Prima hotel, goede locatie. Wifi werkte goed. Eten was prima. Supermarktje en andere eetgelegenheden dicht in de buurt. Metro op 3 minuten lopen altijd iemand bij de receptie.

  Ottimo soggiorno in posizione strategica

  满意之处: Albergo in posizione strategica a due passi dalla linea verde della metropolitana, colazione abbondante e varia a buffet. Grande plus il fatto di poter lasciare i bagagli in custodia anche prima o dopo il check in.

  待改善: Al momento della colazione il fatto di avere solo un ascensore funzionante ci ha rallentato un po’.

  Great rooms, staff could be more hospitable

  满意之处: Comfortable bed and pillows. Close to the tube. Nice lounge area, good breakfast. We liked the option to skip room service for a voucher at the bar (only for guests staying minimum 2 nights).

  待改善: Staff seemed a bit uninterested or stressed. Coffee wasn't great.

  Interesting hotel

  满意之处: The location is excellent. The room was comfortable.

  待改善: The toilets are inside the room and the door wouldn't close. Also, another minus was the too long check -in, with unexperienced staff.

  满意之处: La ubicación es buena, hay estación del metro cerca y buenos lugares para comer y beber. Para estar un par de días, está bien.

  Tolles Hotel, Nettes Personal, Zimmer ohne Fenster liegen im Keller.

  满意之处: Ich fand die Lage spitze und auch das Zimmer per se war sauber und geräumig und schön. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und bemüht. Ich würde allerdings eher ein Zimmer mit Fenster buchen, als eins ohne im Keller...

  待改善: Das Zimmer lag im Keller ohne Fenster (das wusste ich) aber ich fand es tatsächlich eher beklemmend und nicht so einladend im Keller zu schlafen. Ich merkte, dass ich mich dort ungern aufhielt - im Gang roch es auch nach Keller - in meinem Zimmer zum Glück gar nicht. Leider war die Tür nicht gut isoliert, weswegen man andere Gäste am Gang extrem laut hörte, da es sehr schallte.

  Decent stay with flaws

  满意之处: Good location, close to brick Lane. Bed was comfortable, room spacious

  满意之处: Ambiente accogliente e giovanile, staff gentile e cibo di qualità. Plus per il phon aggiuntivo e il kit per stirare i vestiti

  Okay for Work Overnights

  满意之处: I've stayed here quite a few times in the past and it is good value for money for the location.

  待改善: It's not the best hotel and the rooms are a little too quirky for my liking but, overall, it is good value for money.

  Wir waren das zweite Mal in dem Hotel, und waren grundsätzlich zufrieden, für einen weiteren Besuch müssten allerdings I

  满意之处: Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral gelegen, und das Personal war bemüht und freundlich

  待改善: Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, es hat nur ein Lift funktioniert, der Teppich auf den Fluren war sehr alt und fleckig. Das Frühstücksbuffet hätte etwas kontinentaler sein können.

  Für einen kurzen Sightseeing Trip, gutes Hotel.

  满意之处: Mehrere Ubahn Linien fußläufig zu erreichen, so dass man die bekanntesten Sehenswürdigkeiten innerhalb von einer halben Stunde erreichen kann. Tower fußläufig erreichbar. Viele Restaurants in der Gegend sowie kleine Supermärkte. Zimmer war sauber, Personal sehr freundlich, Kaffeeautomat inkl Schwarztee jederzeit kostenlos nutzbar, EU und USB Steckdosen, gutes kostenloses WLAN. Regenschirme kann man ausleihen. Gepäck bei früherer Anreise oder später Abreise kann abgeschlossen verstaut werden. Wer die tägliche Reinigung nicht nutzt, kriegt für jeden Tag einen Getränkegutschein für Wein, Bier oder Softdrinks.

  待改善: Frühstück war ok, es gibt nur eine Teesorte (schwarz) und nur Toastbrot also weder Brötchen noch richtiges Brot. Ansonsten jeden Tag dasselbe: Müsli, Rührei, gekochte Eier, Kartoffelpuffer, Würstchen, Pilze, Bohnen, etwas Auflage, süße Aufstriche, Äpfel, Bananen, frisches geschnittenes Gemüse und Obstsalat aus der Dose. Geräusche auf dem Gang waren auf dem Zimmer stark zu hören. Schiebetür fürs Bad ließ sich nicht zuschieben, das Bad war also zum Zimmer hin offen. Für längere Aufenthalte fehlt ein richtiger Schrank. Außer ein paar Hängebügeln muss man aus dem Koffer leben. Es gibt keine weiteren Ablagemöglichkeiten.

  满意之处: L’emplacement était parfait ! Station de métro à 5 min à peine qui relie les point d’intérêts principaux de la ville et Liverpool street a 10/15 min à pied Tower of london et Tower bridge a 25 min à pied !! Le personnel au top Très bon petit déjeuné à un bon prix (réservez en avance pour payer moins cher) Chambre bien équipée (déco très .. alternative ahah mais c’est rigolo) et très propre (qu’est ce que c’est agréable !!!) Hôtel et environs calmes

  at 3.5 stars this was better than I thought it would be.

  满意之处: Goede locatie -> vlak bij een metrostation maar toch niet in het drukke centrum. Grote kamer. Ontbijt was zeker in orde.

  待改善: We misten een plaats om onze koffers op te leggen. Ook in de badkamer was er nergens plaats om je toiletgerief te plaatsen.

  待改善: Bathroom door didn’t close, very embarrassing. Staff said it would be fixed and then wasn’t. Air con was poor and sounded like a jacuzzi throughout the night. In the windowless room you couldn’t sleep without it so had two nights of virtually no sleep and also having to go to the bathroom with the door open.

  Adequate lodgings close to transport links and brick road.

  Séjour très sympa

  满意之处: Plusieurs séjours dans cet hôtel qui est bien situé, directement sur la ligne de Métro qui part de Saint-Pancras. Le petit-déjeuner est bien fourni, mais répétitif si vous restez quelques jours ou si vous revenez régulièrement, il est sans surprise.

  待改善: Nous avons été placés dans la chambre 101 juste au dessus de l'entrée et sur la rue - trop bruyant. Dommage.

  dissapointment for 300GBP pre night

  待改善: only the bathroom was more-or-less clean, there were stains on sofa, floor, long hair in the bed, officer putting the food in the fridge with dirty close, chair bot breakfast with big stains... only one lift working, driving slow- so long waiting times. Coffe mashine in the hall directly next to the door, was very loud, you can hear almost everything from neighbouring room.

  Good place to stay when visiting London as close to the Tower of London.

  满意之处: It was clean, little quirky and was a good place to get to for the course I was attending. The toiletries were lovely and thoughtful in the bathroom and there was a hairdryer to use. Staff were all very pleasant, and the bar was great to sit and have a coffee at.

  待改善: The curtain on the window didn’t close fully, letting light in from outside. Not a big grumble as it could be fixed as the hooks have potentially broken.

  满意之处: O quarto era grande e muito bom. O pequeno almoço muito bom também e a simpatia dos funcionários. A localização estratégicamente excelente.

  待改善: Acho algo muito importante que deviam rever, a zona do duche quando é molhada fica extremamente escorregadia e perigosa.
