  Perfekt für Städtetrips wenn man Ohrstöpsel mitnimmt 👍🏻

  满意之处: Das Hotel hat eine top Lage. Es sind diverse U-Bahnen in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und dadurch ideal für Städtetrips. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend und das Zimmer war sauber.

  待改善: Es ist extrem laut. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße und die Fenster sind nicht dicht, dadurch zieht es und man hört alle Geräusche aus dem lauten New York. Am Wochenende ist im Hotel im Party, welche ebenfalls bis 2 Uhr nachts sehr laut ist.

  Für einen Erholungsurlaub wäre es nix für uns, aber für 3 Nächte NYC mit zwei Jugendlichen war es eine perfekte Wahl

  满意之处: Lage grundsätzlich top für Unternehmungen, Zimmer klein aber sehr sauber, Mitarbeiter super freundlich.

  待改善: Wenig Stauraum im Zimmer, Waschbecken mitten im Zimmer, wenig Licht beim Spiegel. Durch die Nähe zum Times Square kann es bis Mitternacht ziemlich laute Musik geben.

  Una estancia que valió la pena, con un trato que hizo la diferencia

  满意之处: Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación, la accesibilidad y el trato amable de todo el personal. Quiero destacar especialmente a las mujeres del equipo de limpieza por su disposición, su amabilidad y su trabajo impecable. También agradezco mucho lo bien que trataron a mi perrita y el detalle de conseguirme una nevera para conservar su comida. El hotel es lindo, acogedor y práctico para quienes están de aquí para allá durante el viaje. Fue una experiencia muy agradable.

  待改善: Lo único que no me gustó fue el aire acondicionado. Pasaba largos períodos apagado antes de volver a encender y, cuando lo hacía, generaba bastante ruido, lo que interrumpía el sueño. Ese fue el único detalle que resultó molesto durante mi estancia.

  Ubicación perfecta y lo necesario, pero no es tu sitio si no toleras el ruido

  满意之处: La ubicación es perfecta para conocer NYC. Al lado de Penn Station que es perfecto para ir y venir del aeropuerto y muy bien comunicado con todos Los Barrios. La cama es muy cómoda y la habitación fue tal como aparecía en las fotos. No es enorme pero tiene lo necesario. Yo iba sola entonces no tuve problema. Me dejaron hacer el check in algo antes y tienen un saldo de 20$ al día para consumir en desayuno o lo que quieras, lo cual es muy cómodo a primera hora.

  待改善: Muchísimo ruido :( Por parte del hotel, en la azotea hacen fiestas todas las noches. Y luego, mientras la ubicación es perfecta para conocer la ciudad, al estar tan en el centro, la calle es muy ruidosa.

  Solid hotel in a great location.

  满意之处: It was in the perfect location. Nice and modern design and quirky compact rooms.

  待改善: We, at about 3 points in the day, experienced strong smells of food, I assume coming from the kitchen/ restaurant. Not pleasant odours either things like garlic, onion etc. Not a game changer but wasn’t nice to walk back into.

  Vibes hotel, good for a quick stay not a long one!

  满意之处: The location was great. Property was clean and had a nice coffee shop & bar etc. free umbrellas for when it rained!

  待改善: The shower drain smelled awful, the room was noisy, no fridge or microwave made it challenging to have any leftovers, & the prices for water/coffee were overpriced.

  Very good hotel in great central location.

  满意之处: Great location. We had a triple room which was very snug but adequate. We had a room change the third night as our original room on the 3rd floor was soooo noisy in the middle of the night with the glass recycling pick-up. We were offered a higher floor, 12th floor, which was much appreciated. Free water and sweets in the lobby area.

  Hotel moderno y bien ubicado, pero el servicio bajó de categoría respecto a mis visitas anteriores.

  满意之处: La ubicación es excelente. Es un hotel super moderno y alegre. Es pequeño, pero tiene todos los servicios necesarios y dan ganas de utilizarlos. La habitación es pequeña, cuesta un poco acomodarse con valijas. El baño es divino, grande y cómodo. Acceso al Roof Top con vista al Empire State.

  待改善: Nos asignaron una habitación en el piso 17 con excelente vista pero muy ruidosa, abajo del Roof Top, música fuerte hasta avanzada la noche. Al 3er día, al darnos cuenta que esto era fijo todas las noches, pedimos el cambio de habitación. Nos cambiaron sin ningún problema. Esa noche regresamos después de cenar, y descubrimos que una de las camas estaba sucia, con olor desagradable, costó que nos volvieran a cambiar de habitación, además ya eran las 12AM, tarde para estar discutiendo, una menor ya estaba dormida en la otra cama. No me gustó para nada la atención en ese momento. Hemos estado anteriormente en el Moxy y el trato del personal de recepción y del bar bajó de categoría, menos cordiales y más burocráticos. Es un hotel caro para tener estos inconvenientes. Dudamos en volver por el valor de la tarifa en septiembre-26, promedio USD 570, volvimos porque antes lo valía, me decepcionó por el descuido respecto a las habitaciones y no responder con celeridad y cordialidad.

  Overall a pleasant stay, in a fun location, but more money than I would've expected to spend.

  满意之处: The location was great, very central and close to Times Square as well as many other areas to visit. The room was fairly spacious, but the view was a brick wall. (I guess I missed that detail when I was booking). The bed was comfortable and when I asked for one more pillow, they sent it up quickly. I also requested a kettle, which they sent up. The front desk staff were very helpful & friendly.

  待改善: The very noisy AC unit. Luckily it cooled down so we could turn it off. The housekeeping was a bit hit and miss. Our room didn't get made up one of our days. And they left a different number of towels each day, which was a bit frustrating as it was just two of us. I had 2 of my own pillow cases on my pillows and they took them. My name was in huge blue letters, not sure how they missed that.

  A comfortable stay in NYC in a very convenient location.

  待改善: La stanza è piccolissima, la porta del bagno era scorrevole e non allineata, quindi rimaneva mezza aperta, le finestre non apribili, il letto doveva essere matrimoniale ma era da una piazza e mezza, insomma va bene che siamo a NY ma per il prezzo pagato non mi sembra corretto, inoltre mi hanno fatto una multa da 500$ per il fumo, quando noi caricavamo esclusivamente le nostre vape in camera, non corretto.

  满意之处: We liked the location as it is close to Penn Station. The credit at the Cafe was great! The coffee in the morning. My son loved the candy in the lobby!

  满意之处: - The staff was very atentive and helpfull. The manager helped us with a booking mistake. - It was very close to the time square abiut 5min walking distance. - The hotel was confertable rechable from the airport with public transport. - The gym is well equiped and has the necessary appliances to do a decent workout.

  待改善: - The room size and bedsize are small. - we bookt a room for 4 persons but the beds where so smal you could barelly move. Even if you sleep as a cuple in these beds its tight. - You couldent close the bathroom door.

  Top Unterkunft in New York.

  满意之处: Die Lage ist top. Die Mitarbeiter super motiviert und sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind zwar sehr klein aber war für uns vollkommen in Ordnung und sehr sauber. Jedes Zimmer bekommt 20$ pro Tag zur Verfügung gestellt. Das heißt den Gutschein kann man in der Hotelbar oder im Café das unten im Hotel mit ist einlösen. Filterkaffee gibt es täglich von 7-10 Uhr gratis an der Hotelbar.

  待改善: Uns hat im Zimmer ein kleiner Kühlschrank und ein Wasserkocher gefehlt. Die Rooftop Bar war im 12 Stockwerk sehr zu hören.

  Super Hotelaufenthalt mit gratis Wasser und toller Lage in NYC.

  满意之处: Die Lage des Hotels ist super, wir haben viel zu Fuß abgelaufen. Ansonsten sind aber auch in fast alle Richtungen Subway Stationen kurzfristig erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind für New Yorker Verhältnisse relativ groß. Leider hatten wir nur ein sehr kleines Fenster mit einer anderen Hauswand direkt davor. Also so gut wie kein Tageslicht. Das Bett war super bequem und die Kissen perfekt. Es waren 2 Kissen zur Auswahl. Wir konnten uns mehrfach an der Rezeption Wasser holen und das Personal war wirklich immer sehr zuvorkommend. Es riecht auch, wie in jedem Moxy, sehr gut :) Zusätzlich hatten wir 20 $ pro Tag, welche wir im Cafe nebenan, im Restaurant, oder in der Bar einlösen konnten.

  Best Location in New York

  满意之处: Excellent location and staff.

  待改善: Our quadruple room was too small for the price we paid. We could barely move. We couldn’t even hang our clothes, no wardrobe or closet. We stayed for 10 nights and had to leave everything in our luggages for which there was barely enough space.

  满意之处: Su ubicación, el trato del personal en especial el de Oliver, muy limpio y personal bien diligentes. Su rooftop es espectacular buen ambiente.

  Lovely short stay with my kids for a show at Madison sq garden. Clean!

  Unjustified $500 smoking fee for taking a shower – Beware of this hotel scam!

  待改善: I am absolutely furious about how this hotel treats its guests. During our stay at the Moxy Times Square, we were hit with an outrageous, completely unjustified "smoking fee." We are 100% non-smokers and did NOT smoke in the room. The only thing we did at the time of the alleged incident was taking a long, hot shower. Their overly sensitive air quality/smoke sensors clearly mistook the natural steam and humidity from the bathroom for smoke. Instead of investigating or listening to their customers, the management blindly relies on flawed technology to rip people off. They refused to listen to us and just charged our card. This feels like an absolute scam to generate extra revenue from innocent guests. The customer service is non-existent and the management is incredibly stubborn and greedy. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel at all costs unless you want to be charged hundreds of dollars just for taking a shower. Will never stay here or at any Marriott property again!

  满意之处: Lo que más me gustó de la habitación, fue lo espaciosa que era, el baño también era bastante amplio y cómodo. La decoración de la habitación es bastante moderna y facilita el día a día en estadía para turista, porque tienes mucho espacio para colgar cosas, ubicar maletas, etc. La ubicación es inmejorable, tiene cerca restaurantes, cafés, Times Square a sólo 10 minutos caminando. Y el bar en el segundo piso tiene un ambiente divertido y agradable. Considero que es más caro de lo que ofrece y entiendo que es el "new normal" en NYC en temas de hotelería, pero en general la experiencia es excelente.

  待改善: Diría que el 70% de las habitaciones tiene un tema con la vista, pero no creo que haya mucho que se pueda hacer, puesto que nuestra habitación y toda esa línea del edificio daba a una pared. El "destination fee" es algo que solo supe que existía hasta que estuve en recepción haciendo check-in y honestamente me pareció absurdo el monto considerando lo que "incluía" o a lo que podías acceder.

  满意之处: Lage und Freundlichkeit topp. Jeden Tag gekühlte Freigetränke in der Lobby Dusche ist klasse

  待改善: Zimmer viel zu klein für zwei Personen ( vermuten, es war ein Einzelzimmer ) Bett wurde von Samstag bis Mittwoch nicht gemacht, Handtücher nicht getauscht und die blieben in dem Winzigen Zimmer genau so feucht wie der Rest der Kleidung

  Goede plek om midtown te bezoeken

  满意之处: Goede locatie om midtown te bezoeken. Gemakkelijk dat er naast een parkeergarage is waar je korting krijgt als gast van het hotel. Propere simpele kamers, ideaal om er gewoon de nacht door te brengen. Goede douche!
