  Its more like an appartment than hotel

  Prima hotel, maar moeten wat doen aan de waterdruk.

  满意之处: Ontbijt was heerlijk en de locatie was top!

  待改善: Badkamer/douche was drama met een zacht miezerig straaltje water.

  Fantastic

  满意之处: Great location with excellent transport links nearby, very clean and welcoming

  待改善: The only downside was only one pillow, based on on the quality an extra pillow would have made the stay even more comfortable. However this is just my personal preference. Other than that could not fault the hotel!

  Demasiado caro y limpieza escasa

  满意之处: La ubicación y la decoración exterior. El cocinero encargado del desayuno era muy simpático, nos explicó el funcionamiento del desayuno por si nos interesaba.

  待改善: La limpieza de las habitaciones y de los ascensores y lo mal Conservadas que están las habitaciones, con trozos rotos en el mobiliario. El aseo de la habitación tenia pelos de los anteriores huespedes, tuve que avisar a la limpiadora para que viniera a limpiarlo y tambien las mesas de la habitación estaban sucias. Tambien estaban sucios los azulejos de los aseos llenos de pasta de dientes y todos los espejos de la habitación estaban tambien sucios. La limpieza deja mucho que desear.

  满意之处: Overall, we had a very pleasant stay! The staff were absolutely lovely, friendly, and welcoming, and the location was very convenient. However, I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. Upon arrival, we found hair all over the room, and it was clear that the cleaning had not been done properly before our check-in. This is simply unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and I sincerely hope the management takes this issue seriously and improves its housekeeping standards. Despite this unpleasant experience, the hotel itself is excellent, and I would still recommend it.

  Buon soggiorno, albergo in posizione non centrale ma vicino alla stazione comoda per centrale e aeroporto.

  满意之处: Stanza grande, varietà di servizi e cibo. Discrezione e cortesia dello staff.

  待改善: Asciugacapelli lesionato e pericoloso. Ho dovuto richiedere una stanza nuova perchè mi avevano dato due letti separati. Polvere sui comodini. Refill di tazze e caffè scarso. Un giorno non mi hanno pulito la stanza.

  待改善: Kundenservice & Kundenempfang 0 von 10 Wie kann ein Rezeption Mitarbeiter ein Kunden anschreien und nicht hilfsbereit sein. Eine Familie stand aus der Türkei mit 2 Kinder nachts da. Booking hatte Zimmer frei aber das Hotel hat nicht das Checkin zugelassen. Bin zur Hilfe gegangen, aber der Nacht Manager hat uns alle angeschrien und rausgeschmissen. Aber nach 10 min Buchung ginge es und hatten Zimmer bekommen fasst für 300,-€. Also es wird nach Aussehen und Sympathie die Kunden ausgesucht. Vorsicht!!!! Mitarbeiter sehr unhöflich.

  This is no 4 star hotel. Maybe 3! Maybe

  满意之处: I liked the closeness to the train station.

  待改善: Looks and feels like a hospital inside. An adults hostel basically. Hated being shoo’d off as breakfast is about to close and basically being counted down, 7 minutes, 5 minutes…made eating so stressful. Let people relax. It felt like they were doing us a favour providing breakfast. You can hear doors slam outside every time someone leaves their room, the walls are thin. You only get two flimsy pillows and the floors are dirty. The hot Breakfast is exactly the same every day. The hotel lacks soul and personality.

  待改善: Gillar du pastellfärger och rgb belysning är detta boendet för dig! Me not so much! Tågstationen ligger bra nära och det är kanon tills du kommer till insikt att tågen från centralen inte stannar där på natten! Så 30-40€ Uber är vad det kostar att ta sig hem från centralstationen!

  Very satisfying

  满意之处: It had a large room and bathroom, it was quite and in a good location.

  待改善: The room was horrible decor and there was nowhere to hang anything so when I got drenched one night I had nowhere I could hang my clothes to dry, no radiator so couldn’t dry my shoes. The pillows and duvets were extremely cheap and thin so had to ask for more. I definitely won’t be staying in this hotel again

  Great stay for the Amsterdam marathon. Travelling was easy and stress free as the station was so close.

  满意之处: Lovely spacious room. Coffee and tea facilities. Comfortable bed. Pleasant staff. Close to the metro and train station.

  Ne vous attendez pas à être époustouflé

  满意之处: Le côté « Space Age «  des chambres est assez plaisant. Ne plaira pas aux gens qui aiment les ambiances feutrées. Point fort, l’accès à la gare. 200 mètres de l’hôtel.

  待改善: Le restaurant n’est pas extraordinaire. Tarif beaucoup trop élevé mais je m’y suis rendu lors du Grand Prix F1 de Hollande

  待改善: I asked the staff for water they refused to bring it to the room and asked me to come down and get it myself to pay, room was dirty noone cleaned our room. Bed and pillow were so uncomfortable.

  满意之处: Otel güzel tren istasyonunun hemen dibi tek bir durak ile (4-5 dk) Amsterdam merkezine gidebiliyorsunuz. Arabayla gitmiştik otopark konusunda da hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Kahvaltı çok iyiydi.

  待改善: It wasn’t the best location, being on the further side of the city on the other side of the train station where it can be a lonely and scary walk from the train station to the hotel.

  Bequeme Betten , gute Anbindung nach Amsterdam.

  prima, maar genaaid met de parkeerkosten

  满意之处: Het ontbijt was echt verassend goed. Veel keuze en een fijne setting. Personeel was vriendelijk.

  待改善: Ik heb geboekt via booking.com en er werd geschermd met een privé parking gelegenheid(geen directe kosten erbij vermeld). Het kwam niet direct terug in het kosten overzicht, dus hield ik hier ook geen rekening mee. Echter moest ik toch ineens 35 euro ,flink bedrag, betalen voor het parkeren en voelde dit niet prettig. Op deze manier voelt het als een truc om kosten af te schermen voor de boeker die later toch in rekening gebracht worden. Meer transparantie / eerlijker beeld vooraf zou netjes zijn.
