  El encanto de un barrio

  Positiv: La ubicación es muy buena, el barrio muy silencioso y cerca de la estación de metro. Un supermercado en frente con todo lo que necesitás y más. También hay una patisserie excelente en la esquina y otros mercados más pequeños que cierran a las 23hs.

  Great location. Walking distance to the Eiffer towel, seine river cruises, metro stops and lots of cafes

  Positiv: Clean facilities. Staff was friendly. We never tried the breakfast but the room was comfortable and was cleaned each day we didn’t use the DND sign

  A hidden gem!

  I loved the Hotel and I would definitely stay here again..

  Positiv: The room was nice and very comfortable. The location was good, in a quiet neighborhood. The breakfast was fantastic and one of the reasons I booked this hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

  Negativ: The only think that I didn't like was the on going construction at the property. Was not able to use the outdoor patio area because it was closed.

  Positiv: The rooms were a nice size and were clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

  Negativ: The bathtubs were very high, and my husband had difficulty climbing in and out of the shower.

  Positiv: Dal momento che eravamo in viaggio di nozze mi hanno offerto di fare una sorpresa a mia moglie. E' stato molto bello e romantico ad un prezzo più che accettabile. (14 rose bottiglia di champagne petali di rosa sul letto e asciugamani moddellati a forma di cuore.

  Negativ: Il parcheggio e sicuramente a causa di un errore siamo rimasti bloccati nel parcheggio. Fortunatamente telefonando alla reception siamo riusciti a risolvere il problema. Non parlano italiano e diventa difficile colloquiare se non tramite traduttore.

  Positiv: It was very clean, we had anything we needed. Very modern and chic. Very comfortable, we slept really well.

  Negativ: The refrigerator wasn't working properly. The drinks were barely cold, and unfortunately, 2 cakes I had bought went bad over night.

  Great value, would def stay again

  Positiv: Great location, super comfy bed, staff were lovely.

  Negativ: The bar - we were told it was open 24/7. When we got back around 10:30pm, the staff at the desk wasn’t able to get us anything. White wine was warm, no beer, and he couldn’t make a cocktail. Pretty disappointed.

  Positiv: The room was quite spacious, very clean and serviced daily, the staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. We hadn’t planned on having, breakfast every day, however it was a good breakfast with great variety. The hotel is located extremely well, within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower and many restaurants within close proximity. The Hop on Hop off buses were also within walking distance, giving us great access to the very many attractions throughout Paris.

  Positiv: Friendly helpful staff. Comfy beds. Lovely rain shower. Around the corner from the Eiffel Tower. Made the stay special for daughter’s 18th birthday, balloon, chocolate and sweets in the room.

  Very Nice Hotel

  Positiv: Lovely hotel with a fabulous breakfast.

  Negativ: Unfortunately for two of the four days of my stay the electronic system was not working. Therefore no WiFi, TV and no key cards issued for the rooms. Although there were still keyholes for the doors that system was no longer functioning. Each time we had to go up to the room we had to ask a staff member to accompany us. Fortunately 90% of the staff knew it was the guest who was disadvantaged and only one did not respond immediately.

  Great Location and Air Conditioning

  Positiv: Air conditioning!! We traveled during the 100 degree heatwave. Le Marquis was our only respite. Nothing in Paris has a/c but our room was delightful and cold! So appreciated. The rooms are spacious. They refill water and soda in the mini fridge every day. The king size bed is a normal American king size. The bathrooms are modern. The breakfast was plentiful with scrambled eggs, sunny side up eggs, sausage, various breads and croissants, cereal, fruit and yogurt. Plus cappuccino, espresso, or regular coffee. The room also had a powerful clothes steamer so no need to pack one. Everyone is friendly and most speak English so there was never a problem. It’s about a 7 minute walk to the metro and about 5 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. It’s a gem!!!

  Positiv: Property was nicely maintained. Room was large enough. Bed was comfortable, minibar was available with no extra charge. Toilettries were nice. Location is good for the area where I was working. Also it has an Auchan right across, a boulangeries and rotisserie next door. Very convenient. Metro stops 6 mins away. Bus stop 5 mins away. Overall location and facilities are good!

  Top Lage und gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

  Positiv: Top Lage beim Eiffelturm. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist das Hotel ruhig gelegen. Preis Leistung ist super und wir würden wieder in dieses Hotel gehen.

  Negativ: Das Frühstück war uns einfach zu teuer, deswegen haben wir direkt beim Bäcker neben dem Hotel gefrühstückt. Die Parksituation ust auch nicht klar, wir mussten uns erst noch durchfragen wegen dem Parking. Das war auch sehr teuer. Es gibt einen negativen Punkt, den das Hotel unbedingt ändern muss. In der Lobby sind zwei Vögel (Wellensittiche) in einen sehr kleinen Käfig gesperrt. Das ist absolut nicht tolerierbar, die armen Vögel haben viel zu wenig Platz und kein Tageslicht . Bitte ändern Sie das umgehend.

  Le Marquis best small hotel experience ever

  Positiv: First stay here was in 2019. 2026 was my second but won't be our last. The small aspect of the property make everything close and convenient (Eiffel Tower is very close by). But the large part of the Le Marquis is the service. The staff here is warm and welcoming and will do everything possible to help you enjoy your stay in Paris. Oh and that breakfast....always a great way to start the day.
