  Superbe et très confortable chambre familiale, très bien placée pour découvrir Londres en famille

  Positiv: la chambre était très propre, la literie particulièrement agréable avec des lits spacieux. Nous avons pris une chambre familiale et c'était parfait. La salle de bain, propre et luxueuse, était très agréable. La temperature était très agréable aussi. la localisation de l'hotel était très pratique (edward Road). Service bagagiste sympathique

  Lovely stay for a weekend break.

  Positiv: Perfect location. Comfortable and good size room for London. Breakfast was lovely although very busy.

  Negativ: Not the hotels fault but some people were really messy at breakfast. Really unnecessary and created a mess for the staff that they shouldn’t have had to deal with!

  Top hotel, mooie kamer, prima locatie en behulpzaam personeel!

  Positiv: Mooi hotel. We hadden een 4 persoons kamer, die er heel mooi uitzag. Prima bedden, schone badkamer alles zag er netjes uit. De locatie was prima. Metrostation op loopafstand. Aardig en behulpzaam personeel.

  Negativ: Je kon geen raam open zetten in de kamer. Het was op een gegeven moment benauwd in de kamer, maar omdat de raam niet open ging konden we niet koelen.

  Negativ: Er was een congres gaande, waardoor het heel druk was tijdens het ontbijt. Personeel deed wel echt hun best om een plekje te vinden voor ons. Ontbijt heeft nauwelijks vegan opties.

  Positiv: Camera familiare rinnovata, spaziosa, silenziosa e pulitissima, con due comodi letti queen e bagno moderno. Colazione eccellente, ricca e varia, con prodotti preparati al momento. Personale sempre gentile, attento e disponibile, con piccole attenzioni molto apprezzate. Check-in e check-out velocissimi e posizione perfetta, proprio di fronte alla metropolitana e vicina a numerosi ristoranti. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole!

  Прекрасный город в солнечный день, в отеле всегда классно.

  Positiv: Расположение хорошее напротив метро, в 10 мин жд вокзал, 3 автобусные остановки до Оксфорд стрит. Семейные номера большие, фитнес зал хороший, завтраки разнообразные.

  Negativ: При заселении не было йоршиков в туалете , я сам купил и оставил его в отеле. Прошу обратить внимание отеля что в каждом туалете должен быть йоршик. Пока не купил потратил очень много жидкого мыла и воды , но так и не смог смыть свои отходы.

  Positiv: Les personnes qui y travaillent étaient très sympathiques, attentionnées et accueillantes.

  Negativ: Je n’ai pas apprécié le fait qu’il n’y ait pratiquement personne qui parle français à l’hôtel. Je comprends que l’anglais soit la langue internationale, mais il serait tout de même appréciable que le personnel puisse parler d’autres langues, notamment le français, afin de mieux accueillir les clients francophones.

  Week-end à Londres

  Positiv: La chambre est très spacieuse, le lit king size immense, belle vue sur le London Eye, les nouveaux quartiers au loin. Hôtel très bien situé au pied du métro Edgware, beaucoup de magasins autour. On est à 15-20 mn à pied de Marble Arch et Oxford Street. Le canal de Little Venice commence derrière à 3 mn à pied. La gare de Paddington est ausi toute proche. Ligne de métro très pratique directe de Saint Pancras. Magasin Marks & Spencer en face. Chambre très confortable. Salle de bain pas très pratique en revanche, un peu petite. On peut se faire du café et du thé dans la chambre. Chambres bien insonorisées à l'intérieur (pour une fois on n'a pas été gênés par les voisins), mais pas contre les bruits du dehors : on entend la circulation, les voitures (le fly-over est juste au pied de l'hôtel), les sirènes. Bonne literie et draps, deux énormes oreillers très confortables. Petit-déjeuner jusqu'à 10 h 30 en semaine et 11 h le week-end, ce qui est très appréciable. Buffet gigantesque, très complet : beaucoup de plats chauds (les oeufs brouillés sont une merveille, les meilleurs qu'on ait mangés dans un hôtel, pour une fois des vrais oeufs brouillés et non pas une omelette écrabouillée comme c'est souvent) : saucisses, bacon, tomates à la provençale, champignons, pommes de terre, tomato beans, etc, crudités, saumon fumé, fruits, yaourths, viennoiseries, jus de fruits, etc. Le seul inconvénient est qu'il y a beaucoup de monde, énormément de bruit et salle pas très propre ni bien tenue. Après avoir regardé tous les hôtels du quartier, le Hilton Metropole est le meilleur rapport qualité-prix surtout avec cet énorme petit-déjeuner et la grandeur de la chambre.

  Negativ: Salle de bain peu pratique, très étriquée. Aucune intimité car la porte est à glissière : on entend tout quand on est aux toilettes, ne protège pas des odeurs non plus, et laisse passer la lumière car porte translucide : pas agréable quand quelqu'un se lève la nuit, on est réveillé. Rien pour pendre sa serviette de bain, rien autour du lavabo ni en dessous pour poser ses affaires de toilette. Pas de balayette pour les toilettes, et la chasse d'eau est difficilement accessible, il faut fermer le capot des toilettes car elle est très basse. Verre de la douche pas assez profond, on arrose partout. On attend longtemps les ascenseurs : l'hôtel est immense (deux parties dont une tour de 22 étages), donc beaucoup de monde. Excellent petit déjeuner mais beaucoup de monde, la salle un peu petite, énormément de bruit et salle pas très propre ni bien tenue, le personnel peu poli ni aimable bousculant et râlant. Le public est très impoli aussi malheureusement : énorme gâchis de nourriture, laissant les tables et le sol sale, laissant les enfants crier, tout le monde sur téléphone sur haut-parleur ou en visio, parlant fort sans aucun souci du voisin. C'est de plus en plus le cas et il faudrait interdire de téléphoner dans les salles de restaurant, comme on le fait maintenant dans les trains. C'est dommage car le petit-déjeuner est excellent mais on ressort de la salle assommé et abruti par le bruit. On n'a qu'une envie c'est de fuir. L'ambiance est vraiment restau universitaire ou cantine populaire, c'est dommage. Nous avons essayé le restaurant le soir, qui est excellent mais très cher. Le saumon et le boeuf étaient délicieux. Servi un peu façon nouvelle cuisine à notre goût, on en aurait volontiers mangé plus d'autant qu'il faut commander les légumes séparément, ça fait un peu cher le plat. Il faut réserver à l'avance car la salle est petite et beaucoup de demandes. L'hôtel aurait besoin d'un autre restaurant.

  Positiv: Osoblje hotela je divno. Pogotovo concierge služba. Uvijek su bili raspoloženi za šalu i odlično rade svoj posao. Mi smo imali polupansionon i obroci su bili jako ukusni.. Iako nema previše izbora zadnju večer smo mogli izabrati stvari sa menia koje nisu bile uključene u nas paket polupansiona. Soba je bila prostrana i čista.   Sehr gut gelegen

  Positiv: Die Lage nahe dem Paddington Bahnhof und einer Tube-Station ist hervorragend, hat aber auch rundherum selber viel zu bieten. Zu Fuss ist man in 15 Minuten am Marble Arch/Oxford Street. Unser Zimmer bot genügend Platz für 4, war komfortabel mit guten Betten und einer guten Dusche. Das Frühstück war perfekt.
