(Ingyenes komp vagy a metró allomas) Viszonylag csendes környék, távol a nyüzsgéstől, de azért az érzékenyek vigyenek füldugót alváshoz. (Hogy milyen szomszédokat fog ki az ember az nem a hotel hibája)

  Negativ: Reggeli 4 napig ugyanaz volt a kínálat. A poharak és tányérok gyakran piszkosan jöttek ki a mosogatógépből. A szobában jó lett volna ha lett volna egy mini hűtő. Egy darab szekrény sincs a szobában, csak egy minimális akasztó.

  Good base to visit the museums and canals of central Amsterdam.

  Positiv: Good location. Nice room. Quiet with a view of green trees. Comfortable. Reasonable size. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

  Positiv: Das Frühstück war vielfältig und umfangreich, das Badezimmer geräumig, die Betten gut. Schön war der Wasserkocher mit Tee und Kaffee sowie 2 Tassen im Zimmer. Gute Lage zur Metro/Fähre und 2 Supermärkten in der Nähe. Schöner Foyer und Essbereich.

  Negativ: 2 Nächte lang tiefe Brummgeräusche durch die ganze Nacht. 1 Mal sehr lauter Fernseher aus dem Neben Zimmer um 4 Uhr nachts, von dem auch mein Sohn aufgewacht ist. Teilweise Schimmel auf dem Silikon in der Dusche, Fleck auf dem Sessel ( einzige Sitzmöglichkeit außerhalb des Bettes). Bezahlter Stadtblick in der 3. Etage trotz Ausrichtung zur Stadt nicht vorhanden ( und dafür ca. 30 € extra bezahlt pro Nacht...)

  Good service and atmosphere

  Positiv: Wow. This was was one of the nicest hotels I've ever been to. The value for money is good, service staff are all very polite and eager to help. We got a room upgrade from the receptionist (sadly don't remember his name) as firstcommers. The room had a beautiful view over the city and everything was clean.

  Positiv: The hotel is friendly for the people with disabilities - which is good. The room was simple, so all of the extra stuff you need to ask for - which is also good for ecology. However, the location wasn’t the best. It was hard to get a taxi to the center. Breakfast was decent. But if you are looking to get a centre location and some authentic experience - def no, felt a bit not enough for the money paid…

  Positiv: Nous avons apprécié l'accueil, l'emplacement, les transports pas loin. Le petite déjeuner est très satisfaisant. L'hôtel est tel qu'indiqué sur l'annonce booking. La chambre est spacieuse. Il y a le wifi mais nous avons oublié de demander de l'activer pour la chambre

  Nice view, adorable and disappointing breakfast

  Positiv: Very nice view on the river and the city from the 14th floor. The hotel ordered a taxis for our early train on the morning after the checkout.

  Negativ: The man at the check-in desk was not particularly welcoming. There was a mistake on the breakfast opening times on display in one elevator, and we missed it on the first day. On the second day we were able to experience the breakfast, which was rather simple and very crowded.

  Positiv: The Hotel had communal spaces to retreat if you needed to get out of the room and meet others.

  Negativ: The rooms were very small and did not have a mini fridge, therefore you can not store any cold drinks or goodies when staying for more than a few days.

  Negativ: Ein viel zu großes Hotel mit einem extrem kleinen Frühstücksbereich! Frühstück war ok, Personal äußerst unfreundlich. Zimmer war recht klein und sehr abgenutzt (Flecken am Bettkopf, Teppiche schmuddelig).

  Absolut okay, tolle Lage, gut mit Gratis-Fähre oder U-Bahn erreichbar.

  Positiv: Es ist ein recht großes Hotel aber man hat nie den Eindruck einer Massenabfertigung. Beim Frühstück kann es schon etwas voll werden aber alles wird immer prompt nachgefüllt. Absolut okay, kann ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Vor dem Hotel ist ein großer sehr gut sortierter Supermarkt mit angeschlossenem Cafe/Restaurant. Das Hotel ist mit der kostenlosen Fähre vom Hauptbahnhof sehr gut erreichbar, alternativ kann man auch die U-Bahn nehmen, jeweils noch ca. 10 - 15 Minuten Spaziergang zum Hotel.

  Positiv: One metro stop away from Centraal station / City center. Attentive staff, comfortable room. The breakfast is great. The restaurant is good, but it closes a bit early for an international clientele.

  Positiv: Die Betten waren bequem; die Zimmergröße war ok.

  Negativ: Der gesamte Frühstücksbereich - vor allem die Sitzmöbel (Stoffbezüge!) - waren extrem dreckig. Es wurde während des Frühstücks nur nach unserer Aufforderung der Tisch abgewischt; auch lange nach dem Frühstück waren die Spuren in der gesamten Lobby zu sehen. Unsere Handtücher waren ebenfalls verschmutzt. Sowohl in der Dusche als auch im Waschbecken waren die Armaturen defekt.

  Positiv: posizione perfetta per la HAL del concerto al quale dovevamo andare il sabato; praticamente di fronte! Anche la colazione molto buona e le stanze a parte la moquettes, che purtroppo si porta sempre con sè segni e polvere, sono belle e funzionali con un bagno sopra la media degli altri hotel di Amsterdam

  Negativ: il servizio bar...direi disastroso: cucina per un motivo o per l'altro sempre indisponibile..persino alle 14:15 di sabato non è più stato possibile fare un rapido lunch. Lo staff non particolarmente affabile. Direi che ad ogni modo è l'unico punto debole su cui dover lavorare. Il resto molto bene!

  Gute Erreichbarkeit, ruhig und preislich noch ok.

  Positiv: Gut erreichbar, Supermarkt nebenan, ruhige Gegend

  Negativ: Unfreundliches Personal beim Frühstück, welches trotz absoluter Rushhour teils bereits um 9.30 Uhr abgebaut wurde. Definitiv zu kleiner Frühstücksbereich für ein derart großes Hotel. Ewiges Warten auf den Aufzug gehört auch dazu. Treppenhaus teils nur für Notfälle zu nutzen.

  Negativ: Die Silikonfugen im Bad müssen dringend erneuert werden. Ebenfalls müsste man dringend die Fugen zwischen den Fliesen reinigen. Wir haben die Zimmerreinigung nicht beansprucht, hatten aber einfach 1x nach neuen Handtüchern gefragt. Leider hatten wir diese nicht bekommen.

  Negativ: Breakfast was the same every day. No unsweetened yogurt and few protein choices. The Kromhout was across the parking lot directly opposite our room and the music was thumping until 5 am. Earplugs were a must!

  Negativ: Lots of noise some evenings made it hard to go to sleep. We booked 2 rooms and had asked for them to be close together but ended up in either sides of the hotel which wasn’t ideal.

  Amsterdam ist eine schöne Stadt

  Positiv: Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Ausstattung ok.

  Negativ: Sauberkeit im Zimmer und auch beim Frühstück leider nicht optimal. Engpässe beim Frühstück und an den Aufzügen. Treppenhaus durfte nicht genutzt werden. Fenster in unserem Zimmer war mit Paketband geklebt. Es zog und man hörte die Musik aus der Bar darunter.

  Heerlijk verblijf, geslapen als een roosje.

  Positiv: Snelle check-in. Vriendelijk personeel. Kamer kon gewisseld naar 1 groot bed ipv 2 losse bedden. Toegangspas deed het tot 2 x toe niet. Personeel reageerde snel en wij kregen als goedmaker direct een bon voor een drankje in de bar. Kamer was schoon. Bedden heerlijk zacht. Lakens roken naar zeep en een vleugje citrus. Hou ik van. Helaas geen kamer met uitzicht over de stad maar aan de 'binnenzijde' van het hotel. Kamer was goed te verduisteren en geluidsdicht waardoor geen overlast van buren/mensen op de gang. Ontbijtbuffet was uitgebreid en alles goed aangevuld. Drukte viel alles mee. Waarschijnlijk door ADE en extra uurtje slaap door het verzetten van de klok naar wintertijd. Tip; Parkeren in de straat direct om de hoek voor 1,87 per uur is goedkoper dan in de parkeergarage van het hotel. Al met al een fijne ervaring.

  Negativ: 344,- voor 1 nacht, incl ontbijt voor 2 personen blijft toch prijzig.

  Positiv: Das Frühstück ging aber auch nichts besonderes. Der Fernseher ging nicht nach mehrmaligen fragen wurden wir immer mit morgen abgespeist. Zimmer Service war auch nicht. Alles in allem schlecht, würde nie wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

  Negativ: Iets meer Nederlands sprekende personeelsleden zou fijn zijn. De menukaart voor het diner vond ik niet zo uitgebreid. Weinig keuze qua frisdrank en ook voor kinderen weinig keus op de menukaart.

  Ein wirklich schönes Hotel

  Positiv: Die Lage war sehr gut. 10 Min von der Central Station plus Fähre entfernt. Frühstück war gut-Mehr als erwartet. Das Essen in der Bar ebenso. Kleiner Shop in der Eingangshalle. Personal ist gut geschult und ein Clean-Up des Raumes ist alle 2 Tage. Auf Wunsch auch öfters über die Rezeption. Essen gibt's direkt nebenan und ein Supermarkt ist auch nicht weit weg ca. 100 Meter.

  Negativ: Das Schlafsofa war etwas gewöhngsbedürftig. Aber es ging für die 5 Tage auch. Es gibt 2 Fahrstuhle auf unserer Seite und dadurch kam es zu erheblichen Wartezeiten-Gerade in der Frühstückszeit. Danach geht's wieder ohne Probleme. Da gibt's aber auch Hinweise im Fahrstuhl wann es eng werden könnte. Der TV lässt sich Schnurlos mit dem Handy verbinden, die Verbindung reißt aber sehr häufig ab bzw. zeigt dann einen Fehler an.

  Negativ: אין זרם מים חזק במקלחת. אבל בעיקר אין ניקיון בחדרים. אם לא מבקשים הם לא מנקים. גם כשביקשנו זה לא קרה. פשוט באו וזרקו לנו מגבות בכניסה לחדרים.ביקשנו כמה פעמים לנקות ואמרו לנו שאחרי 5 בערב אין להם צוותים לניקיון. לא מה שהייתי מצפה מהולידיי אין. חשבנו שאחרי שזה קרה ביום הראשון הם יבינו את הטעות ויתקנו. לצערי זה קרה בכל אחד מהימים הבאים והשיא ביום השלישי שחזרנו מריצת מרתון באמסטרדם לחדר מלוכלך עם מגבות רטובות על הרצפה. פשוט שירות מתחת לכל ביקורת. אנחנו אנשים שטסים המון בעולם ואף פעם לא נתקלנו בשירות כזה. בחרנו ללכת על מותג כמו הולידיי אין ואף הסכמנו לא לישון במרכז בשביל זה אך זו הייתה טעות גדולה.
