  Cosa non è piaciuto: The staff, I think staff should at least understand some intermediate English to communicate with guests well. There were a lot of miscommunication and misunderstandings that happened.

  Good to stay if you want a reprieve from the hustle and bustle of the busier areas but still within reach

  三世代の楽しかった夏休み

  Cosa è piaciuto: 7月、8月、9月と利用しましたが、館内も清潔で快適でした。 9月は和室付きの部屋でさらに リラックスできました。

  Convenient but impersonal and cramped.

  Cosa è piaciuto: It has good proximity for the airport.

  Cosa non è piaciuto: Checking in was through a machine which didn’t recognise me. There was a staff member to sort it out but it felt very impersonal. The room was very cramped. The bed was so close to the window that I had to scramble over it to get in. Two suitcases on the floor and there was barely room to move. The bar didn’t open until 8.00 and then closed at 9.30. A kettle was provided but tea and coffee had to be collected from the reception area. We didn’t see the coffee.

  Cosa non è piaciuto: Onze airco was defect gegaan. Dit werd wel direct netjes opgelost door het personeel en we kregen een nieuwe kamer. Dit was het enige minpuntje maar verder een topverblijf

  We enjoyed our stay at Villa Fontaine Ariake with such comfort in style, great food and very helpful staff.

  Cosa è piaciuto: Ariake area is very convenient in Tokyo, with beautiful new style and excellent service. The buffet dining restaurant is very delicious.

  Es hat an nichts gefehlt…

  Cosa è piaciuto: Es war wirklich komfortabel. Sehr zuvorkommendes und hilfsbereites Personal, gute Betten und ein reichhaltiges Frühstück. Auch das Abendbuffet lohnt sich mal ausprobieren.

  Cosa è piaciuto: 高級感のある内装で、部屋から東京タワーも見えてとても良かった。 ロビーで困っているとすぐにスタッフが声をかけてくれました。

  Excellent service and friendly staff

  Cosa è piaciuto: Excellent hotel! Close to a lot of shopping centers and stores and the train station. The staff is extremely friendly and very welcoming. My husband and I had a wonderful stay. Staff was very accommodating. I needed an iron and they quickly brought one up to our room. They also assisted with sending our luggage to our next destination which made it very stress free and easy for us to travel. The hotel also had a complimentary pick up form the airport which was amazing after a long travel day. Over all great hotel, will definitely be staying here next time I visit Tokyo!

  里帰りの初日に最高でした

  Cosa è piaciuto: まずチェックインや荷物を預けるシステムが充実していて全てセルフで、もしくは最小限の介助でできたこと。フロントが小さい分ロビーが広大で、宿泊客用のソファーのエリアが３区画もあり、いかにも居心地良くくつろげる空間なこと。あとは、ロケーションがいいなと思いました。駅から近く、バス一本で新橋直通→徒歩で銀座歩きができました。有明の防災公演も徒歩２−3分の位置にあり、散歩やお花の散策に最適。近くにショッピングモールがあり、朝早くから開いていたタリーズコーヒーでのんびり朝ご飯もできました。たった一泊なのに近くの公園から遠くの銀ブラまで楽しめて、お部屋も快適で、文句なしでした。

  Cosa non è piaciuto: 強いて言えば朝ご飯が高かった。でも近くに上述のカフェがあったので問題なしでした。もう少したくさんチョイスがあると尚よかったけど、それは望みすぎでしょう。あとはホテルの入り口がほんの少しだけわかりにくいかも？？くらいです。

  Cosa è piaciuto: The location had great access to two nearby train stations, shopping complex with restaurants and convenience store nearby. Also within walking distance of Tokyo Dream Park.

  Cosa non è piaciuto: No me dejaba utilizar la mitad de las instalaciones porque tengo tatuajes. Las vistas de la habitación daban literalmente a una pared y a la nada. Poco friendly con las escaleras. Mucho personal ni siquiera sabía inglés.
