  Espectacular!

  Cosa è piaciuto: El personal, las instalaciones, la ubicación... Todo fue fantástico. Desde la llegada, todos están dispuestos a ayudar y a hacer que tu estadía sea perfecta. La habitación muy confortable, limpia y equipada con todo lo necesario. Desayuno super completo. Volvería sin dudarlo!!

  Cosa è piaciuto: Localização perfeita! Bem proximo a Penn Station. Os quartos, as instalações, enfim, tivemos uma ótima estada! Cafe da manha bem completo para padroes americanos. Quarto com cozinha completa, o q nos ajudou bastante! Opcao de levar o cafe p o quarto, todo dia eu levava ovos e waffle e fazia o cafe no quarto! Limpeza dia sim dia não, muito bem feita!!

  Cosa è piaciuto: Situated in a bustling part of town close to Madison Square Gardens, subway and walking distance to Times Square and other great attractions. Our room was small but had everything we needed including a kitchenette with fridge, freezer, microwave, stove top etc. Bed was very comfortable. Room was quiet - no street noise. Very clean. Breakfast was included and free tea/coffee station in foyer which was also lovely to sit in with the gas fire and seating areas. Staff were all friendly and helpful, particularly Jorje from the restaurant.

  Çok keyifli bir konaklamaydı.

  Cosa è piaciuto: Konaklamamızdan her açıdan çok memnun kaldık. Otelin konumu oldukça merkezi ve şehri gezmek için son derece avantajlı. Odalar temiz, konforlu ve ihtiyaçlarımızı karşılayacak şekilde donanımlıydı. Kahvaltısından da oldukça memnun kaldık. Ayrıca günün 24 saati ücretsiz kahve, sıcak su ve içme suyuna erişebilmek çok güzel bir ayrıntıydı. Özellikle uzun bir günün ardından otele döndüğümüzde bu imkânlardan yararlanabilmek çok hoşumuza gitti. Çarşamba günleri sunulan ücretsiz kurabiye ikramını da çok beğendik. Genel olarak beklentilerimizi karşılayan, oldukça keyifli bir konaklama deneyimiydi. New York’a tekrar gelirsek kesinlikle yeniden tercih edeceğimiz bir otel. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz.

  Es war ein sehr schöner und entspannter Aufenthalt.

  Cosa è piaciuto: Das Zimmer hatte eine sehr gute Größe, war sehr sauber. Die Sanitären Anlagen sind sehr modern und sauber gewesen. Ausblick war leider nicht sehr schön. Frühstück war landestypisch aber zum Teil übersichtlich. Kaffee immer vorhanden und gut.

  Une belle adresse cosy à NY proche des lieux touristiques emblématiques

  Cosa è piaciuto: Hôtel proche de tous les lieux touristiques phares. Très bien desservi par les transports. Bel hôtel, studio bien aménagé, lit confortable. Très propre. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Personnel charmant et attentif. Terrasse roof top superbe!

  Cosa è piaciuto: posizione fantastica, con Penn station a 5 minuti a piedi. Tutte le attrazioni sono raggiungibili a piedi. Camera molto bella e pulita, colazione ricca e abbondante

  Cosa non è piaciuto: Très cher, voir un peu trop par rapport aux équipements de la chambre qui commencent à avoir vécus (lit, salle de bain, etc.). C'est bien, voir très bien, mais pas top. On paye surtout l'emplacement.

  Cosa non è piaciuto: Personnel de l’accueil, notamment Gigi, vraiment peu aimable et pas très agréable. En revanche, le reste du personnel est parfait : souriant, agréable et professionnel. Il manque également des porte-serviettes ainsi que des porte-manteaux dans la chambre, ce qui n’est pas très pratique. Concernant le petit-déjeuner, je l’ai trouvé assez moyen, avec peu de choix et une qualité qui pourrait être améliorée. Dans l’ensemble, un séjour agréable malgré quelques points à revoir.

  Cosa è piaciuto: La ubicación, la amabilidad del personal de los desayunos, su azotea, poder llevarte lo que quieras del desayuno. La verdad es que está muy bien, en líneas generales. Lo de tener disponible 24h café/tés es un puntazo.

  Cosa non è piaciuto: Para tres, la habitación se me hace algo pequeña.pero al final, se está muy poco en ella. Algunos empleados de recepción no son demasiado amables, comparados con los que atienden el desayuno que son todos adorables. El desayuno es mejorable, demasiado repetitivo y de calidad media baja.

  Cosa non è piaciuto: İlk verilen oda çok pisti, yerlerde toz birikintileri varken odayı teslim etmeleri büyük bir hata. Odayı değiştirdiler ve sorun çözüldü. Otel genelinde temizlik zayıf, asansörler ve lobinin çok daha sık temizlenmesi lazım. Yoğun bir otel ama lobide ortalığı temizleyen birisi görmedim.

  Cosa è piaciuto: El personal muy atento y agradable, el desayuno variado y muy bien atendido, hay café, te y chocolate instantáneo durante todo el día a disposición de los huéspedes, no dispone de restaurante pero está permitido traer comida de fuera y tomarla en las mesas disponibles dentro o en las terrazas. Es un hotel muy confortable y la ubicación muy céntrica, también resulta muy cómodo disponer de cocina en la habitación

  Good value for price

  Cosa è piaciuto: Location was close to all the tourist things you’d want to see - times square is around the corner. Central Park, 5th avenue etc was all close by. The room was spacious and had everything we need. The breakfast was decent.

  Cosa non è piaciuto: OUR pillows had a bad smell. Although the bedding was spotless the pillows had a soaked in smell of cooking or something that I smelled every time I moved around. Also the towels had a strong chemical smell. (Only some) .

  Another great stay

  Cosa è piaciuto: For us its close to Dr. Office. MSG. And Friedmans. Gf restaurant. Easily walk to time Square, cornells hospital not far either. Short cab ride away as well. Great breakfast. Staff is always awesome.
