  Cosa è piaciuto: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Outstanding Stay at Rove Bur Dubai! My mom and I stayed at Rove Bur Dubai for two weeks, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the attention to detail throughout the hotel. Everything was thoughtfully designed with travelers’ comfort and convenience in mind, from the room itself to the hotel’s overall atmosphere and facilities. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Whenever we called to request water, tea, or anything else, our requests were handled remarkably quickly. That level of service made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our entire stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. It’s clear that the team takes great pride in what they do and goes the extra mile to make guests feel at home. They’ve truly thought of the little things that make a big difference when traveling. A definite 5-star experience! I would highly recommend Rove Bur Dubai to anyone visiting Dubai, and I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for making our two weeks such a wonderful experience!

  Cosa è piaciuto: Checking in was easy and smooth. the location was exactly opposite the hospital i was visiting. the ambience was great. Room service was great though. Waiters for breakfast go above and beyond. They will always look out for you.

  Cosa è piaciuto: The customer service is very professional. The area is very accessible to all other forms of transportation. The room is very spacious. All the staff is very accommodating.

  Cosa non è piaciuto: So far, nothing. The hotel is very nice. Only needs to adjust or if they can extend the hours of usage of swimming pool at night, to like 10pm. Also the AC temperature needs to be monitored.

  Cosa è piaciuto: Overall, everything was good during my stay at Rove Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated that if you forget any belongings at the hotel, they contact you to inform you and keep your items safe. This shows that they care about their guests.

  Cosa non è piaciuto: there was one disappointing issue regarding the Tesla charging service. I specifically booked this hotel because it offers Tesla charging facilities. I informed the staff that my car needed to be charged, and I kept calling to follow up. Each time, I was told that the charging area was busy. When I finally went downstairs to check myself, the charging area was completely empty, with no cars parked there. I spoke to the staff, and their response was simply to apologize for what had happened. Unfortunately, by that time, I had to check out and leave the hotel. The charger was also very slow, so I was unable to charge my car before leaving. As a result, I had to leave the hotel and look for a Tesla Supercharger elsewhere.

  Cosa non è piaciuto: The hotel is clean, but unfortunately the service upon arrival was disappointing. I had a visitor staying for only two hours, yet we were told to immediately remove his car from the hotel parking and leave it outside on the street, otherwise security would report it. I understand parking policies, but this could have been handled in a more respectful and welcoming way.

  Cozy place to stay in old Dubai

  Cosa è piaciuto: 1. The four EV chargers in the parking were a great value. 2. The staff were great, especially the housekeeping. Harris, at reception, was a great help. 3. Free water refills were another value item. 4. They also allowed Talabat riders to come up to our room for added convenience. 5. The room itself was cozy and clean - really liked its design theme. 6. The washroom was spacious and well-stocked. 7. Room sockets were universal and had ports for USB and HDMI.

  Cosa non è piaciuto: 1. The underground parking wasn't spacious enough, I think it can accommodate a max 50-60 cars on a good day. On 2 of the nights, the underground parking was full. We managed to get in because they saved 2 of the 4 EV spots. The other two spots unfortunately had ICE cars. 2. The TVs aren't smart, they use some sort of a commercialized casting app that has a lot of ads and becomes jittery after a while with picture breaking/sound distortion. If you plan to stay here and enjoy the TV, it is better to bring a HDMI cable and hook it up to the wall socket near the bed. 3. The room thermostat didn't honor our set temperature of 23 and always went down to 20-21. 4. The pool closed at 8 pm, which is too early. It was also like 1.2m deep throughout, no graduation or deep end. 5. The gym was decently equipped, but again felt too cramped.
